Bad experience.

Bad experience.
The product arrived wrong and a week late.
I had to write endless emails which they replied to after many days.
Finally I got my refund after one month from the purchase.
I will never buy from them again. Non-existent customer support.

It appears that there was a delay processing your refund as a payment dispute had been raised and unfortunately prevented the funds from being returned to you.
