Absolutely and completely dishonest…
Absolutely and completely dishonest bought a pair of shorts spent 92.60 euros with PayPal, returned for wrong measure at my expense ,reimbursed 85,64 € !!! They keep around 7€ for what for outbound service or PayPal service?
Speaking with PayPal customer care and they assure me that didn’t take any amount!!!! Ridiculous Dishonest!!! Stay away from this seller and choose a more serious one!!!

Thanks for reviewing our service. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your purchase. As you correctly point out, we do not currently offer free returns which is clearly stated in our returns policy on our site. That said, we are actively looking at ways to offer a an economical returns service from Italy in the near future.
The amount not refunded is the outbound postage cost, which is not usually refunded.
We'll follow up directly via email with more information.
