I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this platform.

My account was suddenly deactivated without any prior warning or explanation. I fully complied with all requirements and never violated any terms, yet I was locked out with no justification.

Attempts to contact support have either been ignored or resulted in vague and unhelpful responses. This lack of transparency is very concerning and unprofessional.

Situations like this seriously damage trust, especially when users’ accounts and potential funds are involved.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform. I will continue to pursue this matter until I receive a clear explanation and fair resolution.
