A Little Expensive but Effective I wish it were a bit cheaper, but I can’t complain. The phone was unlocked exactly as they said it would be.

It's a scam

It's a scam. I was looking for a service that would help to unlock my Samsung Galaxy A51 phone. They advertise as a "unlock network" service, but when you pay it's actually just a look up for information if that IMEI belongs someone or not. Useless service that refuses to refund and scams people.

SCAM.If i can give zero star i would

If i can give zero star i would. It is a scam, they asked for a small fee of 14$ first, then a 49$ fee again,to check the eligibility of the phone to be unlocked, they replied that it is eligible for unlock and it is not blacklisted or stolen, after i paid these amounts they said that there is an outstanding balance of 225$ that i should pay so i did pay, they then sent me an email saying that the phone is reported stolen and is blacklisted and can’t be unlocked!!SCAM SCAM SCAM. I sent them several emails with no reply from them, I am definitely suing them.

It works but...

I will start by saying the Unlock for my T-mobile phone did work. However the whole experience was not pleasant. The phone I bought had a 2 year contract which I did not realise at the time. I looked into website that help you unlock which is how I found this one.

Step 1.) I paid the initial $20 that check for unlock eligibility. The result was that my phone was undoubtably eligible for unlock.
Step 2.) I paid $50 dollars to unlock my phone. The result was that ACTUALLY my phone is NOT eligible for unlock because there is an outstanding balance. Guess how much the balance was? the whole 2 year contract which for me was $220
Step 3) Since I needed the phone urgently I decided to bite the bullet and pay the balance. They said it would be instant to 24 hours. It ended up being 48 hours. I still needed to do some manual steps myself on the phone. But yeah it did work

If only I could give 0 out of 5

If only we could give 0 out of 5! I was charged £10.91 and thought that would be the full charge. Lo and behold I get an email saying that I need to pay another £38.22 to actually unlock it as the £10.91 is just to CHECK if they can unlock it!!! Seriously! What a load of crap. It should then take instant or up to 24 hours to unlock but later that evening I get another email saying ERROR ERROR CODE! I have to pay £250+ as there is an outstanding balance, but on a special deal that they have arranged with O2 Network in the UK, you only have to pay £175++! Emails back and forth made absolutely no difference, they were not going to refund me the amounts I have paid so far - almost £50 down - and this phone belonged to a friend who had a business account years ago, so it would have been paid off long ago and he would not have been able to get another account with O2 - who he still has as his mobile provider - if he still owed money! So, biggest scammers on the planet! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, YOU SCUM SUCKING SCAMMERS
