Our sales team's completion rates went…

Our sales team's completion rates went from 52% to 89% in the first 90 days after switching to Whistle, and we actually saw reps requesting more training instead of avoiding it. The bite-sized lessons take under 5 minutes each, and the small rewards tied to completions made a real difference in keeping people engaged without us having to chase anyone down.
