App was not reliable

App was not reliable. It would either lock up on my end or my daughter's. I tried logging out & back in, which would sometimes fix the issue. Other times I uninstalled & reinstalled which was unsuccessful. Ended up completely uninstalling. Currently looking for an alternative :-/

App not working properly

I have had to re download the app several times when I’m no longer able to unpause my daughter’s phone. Each day I have a set schedule for a time limit and although her phone is off and no programs running each day it says there is no time remaining. I’ve tried several different times. On my app it shows she has time remaining out on the app on her phone it shows none. I’m canceling my subscription and deleting the app soon because it seems to be more of a hassle to have it.
