As unprofessional as it gets…
Bought a clutch hose for an XJR1300. Arrived and looked good. That was the end of my good wezmoto experience. The banjo bolt had a wrong thread so that was of no use…in the bin it went. Messaged via eBay as I had concerns of the hose being so close to the exhaust. Plus the hose itself was too short making it tight on full lock. Re-routing from standard was required. Told seller I was thinking of returning the item. By the time the sellr had replied I’d run fluid through the hose. Seller said (and this seem to be a common thing when people complain) “we’ve sold 148 of them but if you want to return it no problem”. Fair enough. Replying back I stated the hose was on but I was concerned about the heat and guarantee on the item. No reply. EBay messaged several times…no reply…instagram link…barely on there and no reply. Conventional email…no reply. Got a call back after several attempts. EBay selling is different to website. After a short discussion I said to the man on the phone “it sounds like you don’t care” the reply?….”no…not really”.

What you see in the picture is not what you get. Then they say to read the fine detail. Not happy!

Contacted Wez for a price for a full set of brake lines for a VFR 800. I incorrectly said i had an ABS model of which i didn't and he quoted me for 12 lines. While he was making up the lines there were only 10 required so he refunded me the difference for the additional 2 i had paid for. Outstanding comms and ultra fast delivery of the sets. He also chucked in a freebie of which i was most grateful for 😁

Great quality brake lines and very helpful too.
Brake lines for my Suzuki GSX-R 1100 were a little non standard. Wezmoto made up the full set to my exact sizes and delivered a great product very speedily. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 brake lines for my 1979 and 1981 hondas, they were made and delivered within 3 days, perfect for anyone upgrading old rubber brake lines and the prices are very good,would definitely recommend

Ordered brake lines for my mt07, they arrived promptly and we're relatively easy to fit. They are pre bent/shaped so fitted exactly like the OEM rubber lines and feel good quality. After a test ride I can tell they have definitely improved the feel of the brakes, not a drastic amount but a definite improvement. Would definitely recommend wezmoto.

Becareful when dealing with this company. I ordered online and never received my parcel. I contact them and they didn't assist me trying to locate the parcel. I talked with the postman and he assured me that Royal Mail would reimburse Wezmoto for the missing parcel, however, Wezmoto refused to refund me for the missing parcel still. I tried contacting Royal Mail but as I'm not the sender they can't talk to me about this parcel.

So, it seems Wezmoto is happy to take my money and Royal Mail's money while not delivering the goods. Just becareful when dealing with this company (or criminals?).

Possibly the best service I have received from anywhere. Emailed photo's for a custom made brake hose on a Sunday evening. It was delivered to me by Tuesday!! Outstanding service and a quality hoses. I highly recommend!!
