Dear Tanvi,

Your review reads like a full‐blown TV drama—let’s switch off the melodrama and turn on the facts:

1. “₹600 unlocks a job—then they ask for more money!”
WFHI Lite (₹599 + GST) is a 7-day trial—not a “₹19 k job starter kit.”
If you want ongoing telecalling tools (database + dialer), you pick a bigger plan—WFHI Basic (₹4,999), Pro (₹7,999), or Ultimate (₹13,999). Upgrades are optional, not hidden traps.

2. “Their GST number is fake.”
Copy the GST from our invoice, paste it here:
https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp
If Ctrl + C feels like hacking, that’s a user problem, not a company conspiracy.

3. “No office at their address—so they’re hiding.”
The GST portal lists the same address. Digital businesses don’t need a walk-in reception to be legitimate—welcome to 2025.

4. “Non-refundable? That’s a scam!”
Non-refundable is printed on every checkout page, invoice, and policy link you accepted before paying. Think of it like a movie ticket: once scanned, there’s no “I didn’t like the plot, give me my money back.”

5. “Truecaller flags you as spam.”
Truecaller is crowdsourced; three people pressing “Spam” turns any number red. It’s an algorithm, not a court verdict.

6. “Real apps don’t charge employees.”
We’re not your employer; we’re a subscription software platform. Buying a gym membership doesn’t mean the trainer owes you a salary.

7. “If you’re real, millions would use you.”
Netflix once had 30 users. Scale ≠ legitimacy—growth takes time.

8. “Cyber branch—challenge accepted.”
Perfect. GST verification and call-log audits should be a breeze. Email timestamps or screenshots to support@wfhi.in; we’ll pull the recordings and invoices on demand.

Name-calling may trigger an Instagram profanity filter, but it doesn’t create refunds—or erase the terms you agreed to. Proof beats insults every time.

Best regards,
The WFHI Team

Dear Vishal,

We appreciate your passionate warning, but let’s clear a few points:

“Not Government Registered?”
Our GST registration is right there for anyone to verify. Simply copy our GST number from our invoice and paste it into the Government of India portal:
https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp

“They Take Your Money, Total Fraud!”
We’re a subscription-based software service, not a free charity. Like Netflix or any other paid service, you pay for the features you want. Calling it “fraud” just because we charge a fee is a bit dramatic.

No One’s Forced to Join
People are free to sign up—or not. If you prefer a different path, no harm, no foul. But labeling us as “fake” for offering a paid service is like calling a restaurant a scam because they charge for meals.

If you’d like more info—or simply to fact-check our registration—feel free to reach out at support@wfhi.in. We’re always happy to help clear the air.

Please do explain the process?

So I filled the form yesterday and got a phone call; actually two but i just want to confirm before investing. i am asked to pay around 4999 + GST for a one month subscription, they said that i can even pay in part vise like paying 1000rs and take the training and then pay the rest amount after training for software, now the software has all the details and i have to work accordingly. I was told that I would receive fixed salary + incentive according to the hours II work (full-time and part-time). So here i am just confirming if its true? What does this software actually do and how can I do this job from home. So someone please help me guide properly before investing.

Dear V Panchal,

Thanks for reaching out! We’re happy to clarify how our service works:

We’re a Subscription-Based Software Platform

Think of us like a toolkit for remote work—especially useful if you’re doing telecalling, recruitment, business development, etc.
Our plans aren’t just “job fees”; they’re software subscriptions that give you access to features like a dialer, database, and other remote-work tools.

Training + Software

You can start by paying the initial amount for training if you’re unsure. This training helps you understand how our system works.
After training, you’d proceed to pay the remaining amount if you want to unlock the full software features—like a database for leads or a dialer for calls.

“Fixed Salary + Incentive”

Please note, we are not your employer; we provide a platform used by individuals and businesses. The “salary” part usually comes from the tasks you complete or the partnerships you form through our software.
Different roles/clients on the platform might offer different compensation models. We help you connect with these opportunities, but the payment comes from those engagements, not directly from us as a conventional employer.

Working from Home

Once you have the software (and, if needed, the dialer or database), you can work remotely by using our platform to access leads, make calls, or carry out whatever tasks align with your chosen role.

Before Investing

Check wfhi.in for detailed information on each plan and what it includes.
If you have specific questions or concerns, shoot an email to support@wfhi.in, and our team will be happy to walk you through the details.

Important Reminder

Our Refund Policy states that payments made are non-refundable, so make sure you fully understand what you’re paying for before you proceed. We want you to be confident in your decision.

If you have any more doubts or want step-by-step guidance, feel free to contact our support team. They can give you a complete overview and help you decide which plan, if any, is best for you.

Dear Rohini,

We’re sorry you feel that way, but let’s clear up a few points:

Multiple Payments (₹500, then ₹1,000, then ₹2,000, etc.)
All our subscription tiers—including optional add-ons like a database or dialer—are spelled out on wfhi.in. Each additional service is a choice, not a trick.
We’re not telling anyone to “scam others,” nor do we force you to buy anything beyond the basic plan.

“No Job, Terrible Financial Condition”

We genuinely empathize with your situation. However, we must emphasize: we are not your employer. We provide software and remote-work tools, not guaranteed jobs or salaries. Just like a gym membership won’t magically make you fit without effort, our software alone doesn’t guarantee income.

“Refund Request Denied”

Our Refund Policy clearly states that our subscriptions are non-refundable. This is mentioned on the invoice, on our website, and in the policy itself before any payment is made. If you were unsure, you had the option to not proceed with additional purchases.

“Auto-Pilot” & Training

“Auto-pilot” likely means you haven’t completed the necessary steps or utilized the tools effectively—not that we want you to cheat others. If you had issues or felt unsure, we encourage you to contact us at support@wfhi.in earlier for guidance.

“Listening to What Our Staff Says”

We do record calls for quality and training. If you believe someone on our team misled you, please email us at support@wfhi.in with details, so we can investigate.

We understand your frustration, but labeling us as “looters” for offering a subscription service—especially when all costs and non-refundable terms were openly stated—seems more emotional than factual. If you have any specific concerns or evidence of wrongdoing by our staff, do reach out. Otherwise, we hope you find a more suitable opportunity that aligns with your financial situation.

Dear Shashi,

We’re sorry to hear your undercover investigation didn’t reveal what you were hoping—perhaps the real plot twist is that we’re not a scam just because we don’t share your idea of how a business should look.

“No Office in Devalvada Dindoli”

Our GST details are publicly available. If verifying them seems like a mission, here’s the official Government of India portal again:
https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp
Being an online business doesn’t require us to greet every user at a physical door.

“Software Company Means You Must Be a Typical Employer”

Not exactly. We sell a subscription-based platform. If you’re looking for a traditional job with a salary, you’re barking up the wrong tree—no big conspiracy there.

“Paying for a Job Is a Scam”

We don’t offer jobs; we offer software for individuals or teams who want remote-working tools (like a database, dialer, etc.). Paying for that software is no more a “scam” than paying Netflix for entertainment.

“I Work in Media”

That’s great! Then you should have no trouble verifying our legal registration. Feel free to fact-check away.

At the end of the day, if our subscription model isn’t what you’re looking for, that’s perfectly fine. But labeling it “scam” because it doesn’t match your personal definition of “a real job” is a bit theatrical.

If you have any questions or want to see how our platform really works, feel free to reach out at support@wfhi.in.

Dear Mahak,

Thank you for your question! While the basic plan gives you access to our WFHI software for 1 month, database and dialer services are indeed essential if you plan to start telecalling. Here’s how it breaks down:

Basic Software Plan (1 Month)
General training and access to the WFHI platform.
No database or dialer included, which are must-haves for telecalling.
Additional Services
Database: Provides you with leads or numbers to call.
Dialer: An integrated calling system for efficient telecalling.
Both services can be purchased separately or bundled.
All-Inclusive Ultimate Plan (1 Year)
Everything in one go: software, database, dialer, personal training, updates, and more.
Ultimately, if your main goal is telecalling, you’ll need the database and dialer—purchasing them individually or opting for the Ultimate Plan is entirely your choice. If you need more information or help deciding which plan works best for you, feel free to email us at support@wfhi.in. We’re here to assist every step of the way!

Reply from W F H I

Dear Riya,

It’s adorable how you’ve spun such a dramatic script—truly “more cinematic than a cartoon”! Let’s tackle each of your points:

“It’s a Scam, They Keep Asking for Money”

We offer subscription-based software with multiple plans (just like Netflix has different tiers). The entry-level plan is the most affordable option; if you wanted everything included, you could’ve chosen our yearly all-in-one package instead of paying piece by piece.

Pro tip: Not reading plan details and then screaming “scam” is like subscribing to Netflix’s cheapest plan and complaining it doesn’t come with 4K streaming.

“GST Invoice Number Is Fake”

Here’s where you might want to invest in a little reading comprehension. Our GST number is 100% genuine.
Simply copy and paste it from our invoice into the official Government of India GST portal:

https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp

If you mistyped it or didn’t bother checking properly, that’s on you—not us.

“No Company at the Address Given”

Our address is legally registered under that same GST. If you can’t find it, maybe double-check your map skills. Or invest in a better GPS app.

“Real Apps Don’t Take Money From Employees”

We’re not employing you. We sell software subscriptions. Expecting a wage from a subscription platform is like paying for a gym membership and demanding they hire you as a trainer.

“Non-Refundable”

This was clearly stated on the invoice, on our website, and in our Refund Policy—before you paid. Next time, try reading those little disclaimers.

“All Negative Reviews Prove Your Legacy”

Not sure if you noticed, but we also have plenty of positive ones. We get it: drama sells. But facts are facts.

“Why do you beg for money for software, database, dialer, then return it as salary?”

Paying for our software and then demanding we give it back as salary is like buying a Tesla and expecting Elon to pay your electricity bill—wrong product, wrong logic.

“Calling from Different Numbers, Recorded Calls, and Spam Tag”

We do have multiple lines for customer support, and recorded calls are standard practice for quality and training—not a sign of “fraud.” If your phone flags our number as spam, that’s simply your phone’s algorithm at work.

“If It’s Real, Millions Would Be Using It”

Not everyone who uses a service goes online to write reviews. Also, if you believe an app must have millions of users overnight to be “real,” then Netflix was a “scam” when it first started, right? Growth takes time.

“I Also From Cyber Branch”

That’s great! Then verifying our GST on the official Government of India portal should be a breeze for you. Remember: https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp.

“If You Have Courage, Don’t Beg for Money... Dog-Like People Barking...”

We’re not sure who’s actually barking here, but rest assured, we’re not begging. We sell software—and like any service, it has a price. If you don’t want to pay, that’s perfectly fine. However, calling us “dog-like” for running a subscription model is a bit over the top. It’s like walking into a restaurant, refusing to pay the bill, and then calling the owners beggars.

“U r begger… quick response prove ur dog-like barking”

We run a subscription-based business, not a charity. Calling us “beggars” for having paid services is like calling a restaurant “beggars” for charging for food. We respond quickly because we value customer communication—if that’s “barking,” we’d rather bark than ignore people’s concerns.

If you need a refresher on our plans or a tutorial on how to copy-paste GST numbers, feel free to email support@wfhi.in. We’d be happy to walk you through, step by step.

They are literally a scammer Don't EVER TRUST THEM

They are literally a scammer they will always try to take some money from you by calling you with different numbers and also they will try to Honey trap you by using some female voice or some female callers so that most of the people (you know the male portion) gets in trap and they will ask you for the subscription 599 depends by the person who is calling you in the name of software and after that they will just give your training of 2 days and after that they will ask you for an addition money for subscription that is of something 999 and once you pay them, all this money they will just put your number to the block list and they will just run away taking all of your money around they will try to take around 10000 per person as their ideal target is that by calling you again and again until they just take all the money from you. DON'T FALL FOR THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Dear Adeep,

Your “honey trap” story is more dramatic than a Bollywood blockbuster! In reality, we keep things simple: all our subscription details—from the basic package to any optional upgrades—are clearly listed on wfhi.in. You can choose which one you want (or skip them), but calling it a scam when it’s all out in the open doesn’t really make sense.

If you have any doubts or questions, just drop us an email at support@wfhi.in. We’ll be happy to clear things up—no secret plots or hidden fees required.

Dear Hrithik,

We understand you’re upset. However, calling it a “scam” just because you don’t want to—or can’t—pay for additional features doesn’t make sense. All our plans and prices are clearly shown on wfhi.in, so there’s nothing hidden. If you choose not to buy them, that’s totally your call. Labeling it fraud when everything is already transparent basically means you missed the part where you’re supposed to read the details—or, well, use a bit of common sense before applying.
