Ordered my item 10 days ago and still not delivered. Won’t reply to mails either

Shambolic company and service. I placed an order on the 11/04/2025 and I still haven’t received it. The item was a gift for my mother’s birthday, which has now been and gone. No contact number available. I have emailed them regarding my order and I am still waiting on a reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered something for my mum on the 17.02.2025. I emailed for an update and was informed my order had been shipped and I would shortly receive tracking which has still not been sent. I’m extremely unhappy with this service as I have emailed several times and been ignored. I will be pursuing a refund. Untrustworthy company !!

Ordered over a week ago.
Had to email to see if my order had been despatched, they said it had, this was 3 days ago? How is it being delivered? Snail mail?

Not had one update from the site or company. Will be perusing a refund.

Was in desperate need for what was ordered too. Shame.

I placed an order on May 6th, but I have not received it, and the site has not responded to refund my payment. This is my experience, and I advise everyone not to deal with this dishonest site at all.

I purchased the cactus bouncy serum and have been disappointed, mostly due to its lack of an EWG verification and rating. The product has questionable ingredients , that I would not have purchased knowingly , that do not conform to standards for clean products that I would use. I conducted a ‘build your own report’ from the EWG site, about the serum . The number of risk assigned to it was a 5!! That is to ewg , a product that carry’s moderate risk . What one wants, would be either a 1 or a verification seal approval. I am surprised that Whamisa would even make any product that has a 5 rating from EWG . This is not acceptable, especially for a company that touts its products as being “99.%”
Organic. Very disappointed , and I will not reorder this item. Consumers need to be aware that this company , despite having a few items that are rated by EWG in the low risk scale, also have some that are simply not healthy to put on your skin . Period.

update, i recieved a reply, saying one of my items were out of stock, and have been refunded the cost of the item

I feel this brand is thoroughly good - until now, every single product has resonated with me and my skin's needs and I found many true and lasting favourites. My first was the famous Organic Flowers Toner, my next love was the Organic Flowers Water Cream and Organic Flowers Water Eye Cream (i have combination skin and approach my 33rd birthday in may this year). This year, i discovered the Rich Toner and the *damn* good cactus serum. These values of Whamisa resonate so well with me: they're all organic, they don't "waste" INCI space on water but rather use specific, beneficial ingredients trough and through. They're crueltyfree. They really care, moisturize and nourish my skin lastingly, so they're not ther for a quick effect on the surface. I may add I threw WHAMISA products in my professional makeup artist's skincare kit some while ago to have my wonderful clients and beautiful (and ever so dry) models' skin benefit from it too. I highly recommend getting their samples (another plus for me!) - I'm very sure you'll get hooked just as quick as i did <3

Excellent products, fast shipping, a lot of samples, which are very welcome considering the products are pretty expensive so one has the possibility to try before buying.You will end up buying anyway :)

I use Whamisa products for more than 4 years now. I think I've try probably 75% of their different collections and am still amazed of the products quality. I am an adept of Korean layering.

I am also pleased they develop their business in Europe, it is way more convenient to order than from South Korea :)
