In June 2025 I bought a silver Georg Jensen Torun bangle from this company. The one I ordered was too small, I contacted the Jewellers who went out of their way to ensure I received the correct size. I returned the initial one and they very quickly sent me a larger one that fits perfectly. I was very impressed at the Individualised service I received. Loved the bangle, which I have worn mainly on special occasions (frightened of dinging it and ruining it's looks!)
However, today 12/01/26 I contacted them again as the Georg Jensen box to store the bangle developed a fault. It seemed like the spring allowing the box to open and close had broken. I contacted Wharton Goldsmith via their web page explaining the fault. Later today, they contacted me back to say they are sending me a replacement box. This service was really appreciated, their care and commitment to their products and service says a lot about their business. You don't often get this sort of service nowadays. Well done!
