A bogus operator - watch doesn't work. Tried to contact to arrange return, but email bounces back undelivered. They don't reply when you contact using form on website.

It's been over 2 months since my order…
It's been over 2 months since my order and it hasn't arrived. I have not gotten any reply when I have contacted them. 2 of the support emails listed on their site don't work. Iv contacted shopify about this twice but I have recieved nothing from them aswell.

Can only assume this is a complete scam…
Can only assume this is a complete scam of a company. Item should have been delivered within 3 days, hasn’t even been despatched after 10 day. 2 email addresses for the company bounce back as undeliverable. Have raised a chargeback with my card company and will be raising it with Shopify too.

Poor service, no response to emails
first delivery great, second delivery now at 2 weeks late with no response to numerous emails and no contact number to call. not impressed as have found the same watches cheaper from a major online supplier
