People out there who have a sweet tooth …
People out there who have a sweet tooth like both me and my partner and like to 'indulge' in something tasty, i urge you never to order from here as all you will have is sheer disappointment. All i can describe our experience with this place is a major hassle from start to finish!!! From calling them at 19.50 lastnight to order our chocolate waffle to have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery to then open the box to a cold poor excuse of the chocolate waffle we salivated over from reading the menu on the website. I called the shop up straight away to complain but to be told we would get a replacement one sent to us and it shouldn't be too long as there were only 3 people infront of our order. After waiting another 2 hours on our replacement, i called them back straight away to be told the delivery driver was in Glenrothes but they didn't know anything of my replacement order! At this point i had enough and asked to talk to the manager who wasn't in the shop at that time but was told he would call back. Didn't call back....so me and my partner went along to the shop to speak to him today but ofcourse he wasn't in. The member of staff that we spoke to gave him a call to let him know we were in the shop and this is the best part....baring in mind this is the manager/owner of the shop who said to his staff on the phone that he was at a childrens party and couldn't talk to us. Obviously customer service means absolutely nothing to this owner! All we wanted was a refund for all the inconvenience caused to us and judging by other reviews on the website...looks like we are not the only ones who have been screwed over by him!!! We will DEFINITELY not be back and i will be taking great pleasure in using the power of word of mouth for the way we have been treated!
