The product was great, no complaints about that, but the delivery was far from perfect. Was supposed to deliver in 3-8 days and iy took almost 8 weeks! I emailed them, without response. Then after a while I contacted them through whatsapp and got an automatic response with a different emailadress, which I did get response to, saying that their other email did not work. They emailed the manufacturer, who said they would deliver next week. Next week comes and no news, so I emailed them, again wanting a compensation. They completely ignored that part of my email, saying that the manufacturor could not reach me. Then they eventually delivered at 7 a.m. the next week which is crazy early. The product, although quit expensive, is nice though.

Product was allegedly in stock, however it is already 2 weeks later and they still have to send it to me.

I paid extra money to receive the product on time. An other shop did not get my business, but was actually honest about delivery dates.

I called the shop 7 times over three different days, however the line is always busy. Did they just lie to me or are they also scamming me?

Never buy anything from them!
