Worst customer service ever, I received my food from mcdonalds at 2 am but when it arrived it was cold and unpleasant, and also one item was missing from my order. I tried to contact them about it, the customer service was closed at the time so i called the restaurant directly and no answer, I didnt have the drivers number or anything. The next day i reached out to customer service and they cant do anything unless i gave back the food, but they werent answering the day i got the food. Couldnt even give me half a refund. Never order from here as they wont help you with anything. I am absolutely furious with the way they talk to you and they dont try help they just say they cant give a refund. In the end they blocked me from messaging them so I couldnt get my refund. Imagine paying over 20€ for food that comes cold and missing items. Please order from just eat or a trusted app.

Best app for ordering food. I much prefer this to just eat cheaper delivery charges.

Absolutely useless ... Get your food from just eat or order online ... They will do nothing for you , no matter how long of history ... Deleting the app ... A let down of a company

I ordered a takeaway from McDonalds last weekend & when the food turned up it was soggy & cold. I asked the delivery driver to return it, when he turned up an hour & half later he handed me back the same bag. Said that McDonalds wouldn't make more because it was closing but that they had reheated it for me(which they didn't) Imagine paying almost €23 for food only to be told its "reheated"

I then complained through live chat on the app. I messaged them several times over the course of a few days, trying to get a response, & noting! I then received a call from them at half 9 at night, of all hours. The man at the other end of the phone was extremely rude. Basically said that they had done noting wrong & made me feel like i was lying. I wouldn't mind i had ordered 17 times from 20 of October to the 31st of January, not once prior to that had I ever complained that my food was cold(or any other complaint for that matter), so why would i make it up now?

It was the worst customer care I've ever experienced. Im
still shocked with how i was spoken too! In the end i told the man that I would be deleting the app & that's when he hung up & blocked me from speaking to anyone else. I would avoid this app at all cost. Don't waste your money!

Ordered food delivery, phoned 1 hour 15 mins later to check status only to be told the driver had cancelled the order. Advised we could try booking again. Would have been nice to have been told that it'd been cancelled (that asking too much?). Waiting for a refund.

Zero stars, utterly dreadful company to deal with. Customer service/ satisfaction definitely not a priority which is funny considering the co- owners & ops manager have customer service listed as one of their top skills on LinkedIn. Contacting customer service via chat or calling HO in Galway proves highly frustrating, telling lies & fobbing people off seems to be their culture. Stay far away, Just Eat is a far less troublesome option, much more customer centric approach & better business acumen. Date of experience was dragged out from 22/10/22 until 07/11/22 when I FINALLY got my refund.

If you could give 0 a rating i would, local company so used quite a lot and its always the same thing, you wait 1+ hour for a delivery 100% of the time and orders will always have some sort of difference from what you placed.. worst chat system you could ever get and no contact number for the driver only the restaurant you ordered from and are expected to pay 4 euro delivery to the driver cowboys stick to the trusted company's

This company is beyond a joke! I was trying to make an order this evening on the app when the app glitched while I tried to pay and my phone was stuck on a blank screen. So I then had to restart the whole thing and got charged twice for one order received. €35 down the drain and all I was offered was a €20 voucher after spending well over an hour and a half on live chat waiting for a resolution and then them insisting it wasn't a glitch and that's all they could do. Stay away!!! Will never order through them again that's for sure! VERY unhappy customer 🤬
