I ordered in August and heard no communication AT ALL. Then I reached out and still no response. Finally On November 2nd got a notification that my label has been created and it has been a=over month now with no other communication from the company other then to review my box or their site. WHAT DO YOU DO TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK?!?!?

SCAM I paid $350 for a box in August. No Box arrived No communication from the company.

I have not even gotten my box that I paid for back on august 25,2021. They will not respond to me and they will not ever pick up the phone when I call. I would be happy with a refund. The shipping label was created but never shipped. Don’t buy from them.

What A Scam should be the company name. Ordered small box in August, got email notification of shipping Oct 27. As of Dec 1, no box shipped no order received, just keeps saying label created. No response to email or text messages any phone number I found is not in service. SCAM SCAM SCAM…. Stay away!

Never received item .purchased on 8/22. Horrible company, will not return calls,emails or texts. Scam stay away.

I have no product to review still.
I placed an order and was told it would ship within 1-3 days. A month later, nothing. Then I get a tracking number on 11/1... the tracking STILL says label created and UPS hasn’t even received the package yet... 24 days later.
This box better be amazing when it arrives!!
They need to stop taking in orders if they can’t ship orders from nearly 2 months ago!

If I could select no stars I would. Stay away!!!! It is a scam! I ordered my box 2 months ago, they sent me an email stated they shipped my box 3 weeks ago, with a tracking number, the package was never shipped. I have tried emailing them, chat sessions, text messages and I am ignored every time, this is nothing but a scam…. Run away as fast as you can.

Ordered back in late September... here it is Nov. Still no reply on where my order is. When trwcking says UPS still hasn't recieved the package from them. No answers to emails, phone calls, or even "text messages" and online chat help.

I wish I would have read these reviews first. This company is a complete scam. I have been waiting for months for my package. All forms of contact do not work and they dońt return emails. To add insult to injury, they continue to send ads to buy more boxes, PlayStation 5 and now to leave reviews. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I would love to send a positive review but seeing that I have not received my items that I ordered back in September it's now November. I keep sending emails only to have them returned saying they couldn't send. I have called twice and left messages no respond. Hopefully seeing this review they will contact me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money. Still waiting on my box and it’s been over a month. Emailed several times, text their number they say is their cell and no one answers. Horrible place. Such a scam!!my box says it’s shipped but UPS does not have it yet only the label is made. These people should be prosecuted for false advertising.

This place is slow! I bought it thinking I was going to get it in time for somebody’s birthday and three months later and still don’t have it. I left multiple emails asking where’s my stuff and no reply back. I wish I can just get my money back. Don’t waste your time with these people I would go somewhere else.

Still don’t have my package. Don’t know why you’re asking for a review and offering sales.

This company is terrible! Over 2 months after ordering and I still haven't received my shipment or got a response to any of my inquiries about it! But they made sure they got my money right away. Do NOT waste your time with this company.

Absolutely nothing good to say here …just hurry up and wait ! Give us our money back !

I placed an order for a basic box 3 months ago. I was excited after reading reviews. I have sent a dozen emails and placed dozens of calls with no reply and voicemail box full! Within the last month I got an email saying package was shipped but low and behold it wasn’t! A label was created but package was never dropped to shipping company! I want my money back but no one will answer or reply to give me a refund! Absolute worst company ever!!!!

I placed an order on august 25,2021 they say 1-3 days processing and like maybe 4-7 days shipping . It has been exactly 90 days as of today since I placed my order . I got an email from the company that said I would be receiving my order on November 5,2021 I have tried every day to track it but it says label created but not been picked up by UPS.

totally garbage experience, no customer service after 3 months, no delivered product, they actually keep sending me emails about purchasing other boxes which won’t be happening. Still no repsonse, don’t waste your time.
