I took a chance in ordering to see if this site was legit so I ordered one Pink alfit to see how it would play out. They did the proper protocol by notifying me they received my order and sent out my tracking information. It took approximately 1 week and a half to receive my order. I was pleased with the alfit even though it was kinda big. Knowing that was a site I had never shopped with I ordered a size bigger just in case and I was pleased. I would NEVER order multiple alfits from an online site for the first time....lol. After, reading all these negative reviews I’m sure they have stepped their game up and have gotten better at it. I will order one more alfit just to see how it goes....lol

i ordered 4 outfits on march 24th did not receive anything and no responses to my emails. so now I have made a complaint through the better business bureau to have them investigated. I have tried being in communication 3 times and no updates no tracking number non responsive. This is ridiculous.

I order four pink outfits on March 4, 2018 and I only received one of my outfits on April 4, 2018, so basically this company is stealing people's hard earned money and that's not right. Im reporting them to the FBI for internet crimes to get they asses shut down.

Thank you all for the reviews I will not be ordering from this site. It's so sad that people are getting ripped off they almost got me too but thanks to yall for these extremely helpful reviews.

Made an order 2 wks ago. Been emailing and no response. Have no tracking number and they got my money.

1st off their website states that shipping is within 3 to 5 days it was over a month before I received anything, then I ordered a total of five outfits and they only sent one! Now I've been trying to reach someone with no success, and now its been almost two months and I still haven't received the rest of my order! So doesn't look like they are going refund me for my order now i have to dispute with my bank, and when they finally respond all they continue to say is wait! For how long? It’s been almost 3 months since I ordered it doesn’t take anything that long to ship! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order on March 9th and cantacted then 2 weeks after because there was no order date. After giving a few days and no response I got PayPal envolved and ask to cancel he order. This was the 21st. Pay pal said that they had until the 31st to respond or else they’d grant my refund, they responded to pay pal a few days ago with a usps tracking number. I received the clothes today and tried them on. I like them for the most part, although the material feels a little cheaper than expected. Their lack of communication is what’s so frustrating, hey should tell people it takes about a month, let it be the consumer choice if they’d want to wait that long or not. They should respond to inquiries

Me just like everyone else it seems to be missing items. I ordered 3 pink outfits on 2/18/2018, I got it 3/29/2018. I only Received 1. I’m in dispute with pal pal right now. They do not respond to emails.they are crooks I’m taking it up with bb, my bank, PayPal, and going through every outlet to let them know not to do business with this company. This is sad. I work Hard for my money. CROOKS

It took them almost two months to send me two outfits!! And when I received my pink outfit it looked like something my grandma would NOT sleep in My jean outfit came with a broken zipper. Don't waste your time or money. PayPal is refunding my money.

Order placed February 26th did not receive order until March 26th. Tried to contact them 3 times when they responded March 19th they said I had another week for shipping when it states that i would receive it within 10 business days. I told them not to ship the item I didn't have another week I needed it at that time. They shipped anyways and want me to pay to ship to China when my package says it came from a fulfillment center in Delaware. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Honestly I ordered February 22nd just received my outfit Today March 29th 2018. The material is awesome, fits perfectly. Took a long time to get it but was worth it. I'm not being paid to say this I wish I was tho lol

Bad Bad robbers, I order over a month ago. Never received my outfit. I filed a complaint with PayPal. They have fake tracking number called postal service. They never received package from coming .I am currently in dispute with PayPal concerning my refund.

I ORDERED 1 MONTH AGO FOR MY FLORIDA TRIP NEXT WEEK AND STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET!!!!!!! IM HOT BECAUSE I DIDNT BUY ANY THING ELSE TO PACK!! I AM DISPUTING THIS ORDERS AND I AM TELLING YOU WHATWEARS TO KICK ROCKS WITH NO SHOES ON!!!

They took my money a month ago. Still haven't received the product. Poor customer service. No contact person. Just a bunch of lies... I will NEVER order from them again. I guess it's my fault trying to not pay full price for a pink outfit.

I ordered 2outfits on the26th of February. Today is March 25th almost a whole month and I still have not received my order or a refund. I can’t even get in contact with nobody. I am so upset. I want my order or a refund ASAP!!!🤔😭😤😡

It took over a month all clothes were too small and I ordered one size bigger also I got half of my order and the clothes looked nothing like the pictures , and I’m still waiting on clothes I will never order from them there are out of the country 😡😡🤬🤬🤯🤯

I really wouldn't have given thm a star at all. I ordered on 2/24/18 and today will be a month later and still no order. I e-mailed thm 4 days ago and didn't get a response until I e-mailed thm again and told thm that my review on thm will be horrible. Then at that time they sent me a tracking # which still i couldn't track it. They claim in the e-mail that it would be here in 9-12 more days. If I were u I wouldn't NEVER order from these mf at all. Horrible company.

I order 2 of the PINK outfits and only received one. I order them in the beginning of this month and at first a guy name Lee responded to me. Then he was MIA he then wouldn't respond to any of my other messages. Don't order from them this is awful company!!!
