WHC are a fantastic team! We have hired all sorts of kit, from dumpers, diggers, chippers, rotavators and flail mowers and without exception the service has been first class. Friendly, good advice, reasonable price
Hired a breaker from the Worcester Bath Road branch. The guy on the phone, the day before, and then his colleague in the branch were both excellent. They both talked me through the options, demonstrated changing the chisel heads etc and gave some good advice on using it. I thought the weekend pricing was very reasonable too.

Great customer service
I hired a rotovator to do some landscaping at home, it was the first time using one or hiring tools from WHC. An easy experience to organise drop off and collection, the team were very helpful in explaining how to use it and where to get assistance if I needed it. Great customer service, will definitely look to use WHC again in the future.

Great experience from start to finish…
Great experience from start to finish with WHC when hiring a rotovator from them recently.
Dropped of and collected when agreed. Great advice on how to use the tool.
When i had an issue, I called the shop during closed hours and left a message. Within an hour the manager called me and then visited my house (on a Sunday) and got the tool working again for me.
Best customer service I've had in many years.
Will be the go to for all my future tool hires.
Great bunch of guys. All super helpful.
