Excellent customer service and communication. The small cart is an ideal size, easy to manoeuvre and the tipping mechanism is very useful.

The small wheelbarrow is not very robust and the nuts have already loosened and come off.
The large wheelbarrow is not symmetrical although it has been put together correctly it is wonky and the barrow doesn’t sit straight on the frame

The Wheelbarrow arrived in time from courier, on inspection the pan had a couple of significant dents but will not affect it use.

I was really pleased to receive my wheelbarrow. In all aspects it did not disappoint. Choosing a solid wheel over a pneumatic one was the right choice for me. I have no need to squeeze the tyre or look around for a suitable pump. It is a quality manufactured product which won’t disappoint.

Wheelbarrow sent with axil sleeve missing causing hours of frustrated and failed assembly work. Numerous phone calls required to sort it out. Wheelbarrow very very expensive for cheap material that you have to assemble yourself. Not at all happy.
