easy process

I've been trying all day to get this done by going thru Amazon ,eBay and well they failed to let me order by making me start over about ten times . I found you guys after all that chaos and it took me about 30 secs to start and complete my order and payment was done . So easy to order from you company now I just have to see how long I have to wait before my parts arrive and I'm mobile again. Thankyou for making it so easy.

Like the quality of the selected of parts , just wish I would have called, the man on the phone knew exactly what I ordered was wrong size for my wheelchair.

Fast shipping

I had been looking all over the internet for an odd size bering for a wheelchair bering, and after ordering on another site ,was sent twice the wrong bering. When I found this site they had the bering, but was out of stock. After talking to their customer rep, she informed me by follow-up phone call it would be in next week. A week later the web site showed it was in stock. The web site did not state or show the width of this bering and the customer rep went into the warehouse with calipers to inform me.WHOW!! Luckily it was the right width for my purpose. Great person(sales rep). Haven't got part yet (only ordered today) but thanks to outstanding rep I feel confidant its the right part.
