Excellent customer service! I contacted Wheelhut for advice on a rear wheel at 20:46 on a Monday evening and received an instant response which ensured I selected the correct wheel specification. The wheel itself is perfect and the free-hub sounds great. I’ll definitely be ordering a new front wheel soon.

Wow, amazing service
Wow! When something goes wrong you learn most about a company. I bought a wheel from Wheelhut for my MTB about 6 months ago and it buckled unexpectedly. I sent an email to explain and didn't expect much, but one photo later and a new one was on it's way the next day. The original one was out of stock, so they sent me a better one, at no charge! Amazing service thank you Wheelhut. And you are right, it's much better quality.

Very quick delivery. The wheel straight out of the box is set up perfectly. True in line and the freewheel is rock steady with no play whatsoever. On the bike it’s perfect. Can’t fault it.
