Smaller quantities of bins are despatched on a next working day delivery, larger quantities, 4 wheeled bins and any adaptions may take a day or two longer to get to you. However you can always use the live chat, email or give us a call to get an ETA.
Wheelie bins is part of the established Jaydee Living Ltd group which was established in 2006 and has many thousands of happy customers. We have supplied the likes SSE, Cambridge University and Apple to name just a few.

The kitchen waste food caddy is excellent
Easy to clean and you can remove the filter to wash it and it takes very little time to dry
It sits neatly on the side of the sink ( the handle fits over the two hooks and the lid stops flies getting to the scrapes
I would recommend it

Ok bin. Poor delivery service
There was nothing wrong with the bin, the problem was the delivery company. No notification of delivery date. Just dumped it outside the front door without knocking (and we were in). Following Wheelie Bins reply below I have edited my ranking to four stars as the bin itself is absolutely fine

I can see on our system that we marked your order as dispatched on the 30th June and this automatically sends you an email letting you know that your shipping status had been updated along with a tracking number to be used on our delivery companies website.
I can see from our proof of delivery on the delivery companies network that the bin has been placed outside your front door in a safe place. I can't confirm if they knocked or not but we have used this delivery company for a considerable time and they have always been reliable and may have knocked quietly or caught you when you were busy. Unfortunately there is only so much control we have over deliveries once they've been dispatched from our warehouse so whilst we appreciate the feedback, we do try and reserve our Trustpilot for reviews on us as a business and our products.
Either way we will take this feedback on board and pass on to our external delivery company.

I've given 3 stars as I'm happy with the quick delivery considering it cist just under £15. But on inspection I can honestly say my initial thoughts were the bin wasn't brand new. The wheels look worn, it was marked and dirty. But the I restassured myself with the justice of the price of the wheelie bin.

I can assure you that we would never send out a used product unless this was advertised on our website as so and would come at a heavily reduced price.
Due to the size of the wheelie bins, some of them are stored outside our warehouse and naturally may pick up dust and dirt but we ensure they are pressure washed before being dispatched.
On occasion the wheels can become scuffed and soiled during transit but they are easily washed and will take no more damage from the delivery process than they would in day to day use and we only sell the highest quality, durable wheelie bins.
I apologise if your bin was not in a condition you expected upon receipt but can assure you that you received a brand new item and any marks on the bin are purely superficial.

I have looked into your order number and can see you ordered a red, 120 Litre wheelie bin from us. I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say you received red liner clips instead of green as this isn't something we sell.
