Company shipped products in the time frames advertised. Unit is solid and instructions are easy to follow. Makes use of every square inch of room possible. All my tools, compressor, and necessities are stored out of the way and room for all my work and travel stuff is plentiful.

I have nothing but great things to say about the WF slideout in my Forester. The purchase was very straight forward and it arrived very well packaged. Installation was an absolute breeze with the combination of included assembly instructions and referencing videos on their website. As far as the product use itself… it has completely transformed the camping experience and the actual day to day use of my vehicle. I have been primarily sleeping inside my Forester and now with the ability to access my spare tire storage it has greatly reduced the set up time when it comes to “making my bed”. Aside from camping the drawer system has given me access to items i use on the daily. The top deck quickly and effortlessly slides out with the drawer which then gives me a large work area that has come in handy more times than i can count. I have driven hundreds of miles on gravel roads, trails and the dreaded washboards and have not noticed any component on the system start to show signs of wear. The slideout still extends as effortlessly as it did day one. This has been hands down the single best modification i have made to my Forester.

I installed the Double Drawer Storage system from Wheels & Feels in my GX460 about 9 months ago and it completely transformed the functionality of my setup!

The build quality is top-tier everything feels solid, well thought out, and built to handle real use. The drawers slide smoothly even when fully loaded, and the fitment in the GX460 is spot on. No rattles, no weird gaps just a clean, factory-like install.

What really stands out is how practical the system is. It maximizes storage space while still keeping everything easily accessible. Whether I’m loading up for a weekend trip or a longer overland run, it keeps all my gear organized and secure.

You can tell a lot of attention to detail went into this setup from the hardware to the finish. It’s not just functional, it actually elevates the whole interior look of the vehicle.

If you’re building out a GX460 for camping, overlanding, or just want better organization, I highly recommend checking out Wheels & Feels. This system is 100% worth it.

I love these drawers and they fit like a glove! Shipping did take a bit but the wait was worth it honestly since nobody else provides drawers for the RAV4. I love that they also have a sink and faucet setup to turn the trunk into a mini kitchen

They were able to work with me and meet a deadline I needed for the storage system. Always answered my calls and concerns as they came up.

Order got delayed, never got confirmation. Terrible product, nothing fits, the glue for the wood came wet, the locks don’t match, the platform doesn’t lay flat, it’s so big you can’t put it away easy, customer service is not around. They take your money and disappear and give you a mediocre product.

This company is borderline of CONSUMER FRAUD. They took orders, took payment, no delivery of products as promised even with months after delivery time frame, give customers the running around and around without an answer for month and month, no customer services, can't get in touch with anyone via phone, emails and chats beside all automated text. STAY AWAY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Keep all your documents and records. This is the only way you will able to make your case with them.

Order placed 01/07/26. To be deliver 4-6 weeks after.

Contact 03/05/26 via both email, call (leave message) and chat on their flat form. They gave the first excuse of delay in production via email but promised it will send out within the end of 2nd week of March.

From 03/19/26 I had to reached on again via all methods and the response I received was they will look into it and will get back to me.

From 03/20/26. No updated on my order. I send them a letter and gave them an option to be honest if they can’t full fill the other than cancel it and refund my purchase or I will filling a dispute and lawsuits.

From 03/25/26. They went silence and no response nor update about my order. I proceeded with filling a credit card dispute for not delivery goods.

This business is shady, unprofessional. No one answered phone calls, email reply was 2-3 days after and do not give a solid answer about my order. They were and still give me the run around. This should be border line of consumer fraud and mob style business.

AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Getting the Jeep Wrangler JK made camping overnight simpler, plus saved money - exactly what I hoped. Shipping took longer than expected, which mattered for a Saturday getaway, yet support replied fast when contacted. Things arrived complete, every part accounted for, installation without surprise. On a drive down to Big Sur, setup felt almost effortless: space opened quickly, equipment held firm, rest came easier than usual. Way better than old ways of doing it, that’s for sure.

Called to see where my drawer system was because it had been 8 weeks not the 5-6, which was still a really long wait. They must have shipped it when I called because I got it literally a week later. Package was in fine shape but inside their package job was not wonderful. The zip locks containing all the hardware was open and the pieces were everywhere and scratching and denting every piece. There were some missing bolts too that I had to get myself. And missing 2 hinges but that doesn't really matter because the pre drilled holes don't even line up with the hinges they sent. The particle, pressed board it's made of is ok, except when they broke a piece and decided to send it out anyways. For the price of a single drawer I would expect better! Oh and the slides are ridiculous to line up. And the lever doesn't work very well to release the lock. I have to use a screwdriver every single time to release it. While this drawer is nice for the storage, I'm sure not impressed with customer service or quality, especially for the price.

The folks at W&F were very helpful when I attempted to place the order and had some questions about the configuration of the system and how it would function for me. Then when I showed up for the install, it was all explained as well, along with a couple little modifications I needed for my application. Overall, a great experience and I’m already enjoying it immensely!

This has made packing and traveling so much more convenient. I have so much more room in my car now that I can store so much in my storage system. Setting it up was pretty easy and I feel so safe being able to sleep inside my car. So much better than my old bulky sleep platform!

After looking at other options for about a year, I finally decided to make the purchase and get the storage and sleeping platform for my JKU. Like many of the other reviews mention, communication with this company is horrible. I paid extra for expedited processing and this was still delayed and no communication from the company until I reached out multiple times across multiple platforms. When the platform finally arrived, there were some holes that were not drilled which required additional work. All of the headache aside, this platform is amazing. The fit is a little tight, but it maximizes the space the most compared to any competitor. The easy to use drawer system is a much needed upgrade for any overlander or offroader. The sleeping platform makes sleeping inside my JKU even easier than ever and is quick and easy to set up and take down. Would recommend the product, just order well in advance if you need it for a trip!

A friend of mine referred me here. I was on the wait list and it took some time before I received my drawer. The set up was fine for the budget and I did DIY thing. Love the flow though some screws were hard to cooperate 😅.

I'm just a guy who likes camping with my family and keeping all the gear organized. The install was pretty straightforward. I handled it in my garage with just basic tools, nothing fancy needed.
What I really appreciate is how it maximizes the cargo space without making things a headache to load or unload.

The kit was so easy to assemble, and the fit is perfect! It does everything I wanted it to do.

Can’t believe everything you see on social media. My order came with missing parts, hinges, it’s also doesn’t assigned with my 4xe with sub. They said the factory bolts would assign right and fit, it doesn’t. Also, the right front part sticks out where the lock are, th door won’t close. Ugh. Such poor customer service too! Do not buy! They promise 100% it would fit. Such lies!

This company is the absolute worst. I almost cancelled my order after waiting WEEKS longer than anticipated, but they made more excuses and convinced me not to. That was a mistake. When you try and contact them they will go days, weeks, and sometimes you will never get a reply at all. When you do get someone, it's only through email and they will tell you sometime completely different every time. After finally receiving my order it was missing hardware, some holes not drilled, and the overall product fit and finish is poor. I've attempted to contact them for 2 days now to attempt to return, but i'm sure they will never reply, or just deny the return. At this point I'd be worried to even ship back to them, and then I'd be out the money and the product. I guess I should be happy it showed up at all in any condition. Seriously, save yourself some time and frustration, and do not order from this company.

Caution I believe the are in financial trouble. Been over 13 weeks and still have not received. Had to open a case with PayPal and they never responded to PayPal either. I’ll get my money back but they had eventually stopped making excuses and just stopped responding all together.

Bought the portable kitchen from them and it was shipped without instructions. Sent a email and talked with somebody on phone. I was told they would give me a call back and still haven't had a call or email to discuss questions I had about it. I have put it together but still had a few questions with some of the stuff it came with. Was going to get a drawer for other jeep but will be looking at another product. Thanks for all the non help.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Like far below common sense levels. Owner is rude and arrogant. Still waiting on my replacement parents after her acknowledged sending broken pieces and missing parts to me. Stay far far far away from these guys. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself the heartache.
