From the minute of walking in to leaving with a brilliant motorcycle the service had been absolutely brilliant , I must thank Joe for this and all the support and guidance through the process.

I’m disappointed to learn that you don't accept Zero motorcycles as a part-exchange, despite being an authorized dealer. As a customer who purchased a Zero from you 18 months ago, this refusal suggests a lack of confidence in the brand's resale value and the product itself. It makes it very difficult to remain loyal to the brand when the trade-in path is blocked by the dealer.

I bought a Ducati m821 through wheels motorcycles and I was dealing with Joe.
The customer service I experienced was second to none.
The communication was prompt, polite and well informed.
Everything I asked for was delivered no questions asked.

Recently purchased a used bike from Wheels and dealt with Joe in Peterborough. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Great communication, no pushy sales patter. Would definitely buy from Wheels again.

I purchased a bmw r1200r and dealt with joe Scott very easy to deal with and steered my through the transaction with ease have dealt with wheels aka riders for a few bikes over the years and have always found them good to purchase from

Called Wheels to ask if they would look at a section of paintwork that had peeled from front of bike.
They wanted the bike for 1 whole day and wanted to charge me just for looking even though the bike was just 9 MONTHS OLD and the issue was on top of the fairing and nowhere else!
I called Kawasaki UK and they told me that Wheels shouldn't be charging anything and to let them deal with them but I didn't want to use them aftet that.
I then called Chris Walker Kawasaki at Grantham who said to pop the bike in anytime and they'd have a look..
I took it in, they had a look and took a few pictures in under 10 minutes.
1 week later Chris Walkers called me and booked me in for the issue to be sorted under warranty no problem.
I then asked them to service it whilst I was there which they did brilliantly and cheaper than Wheels.
Wheels peterborough have not only lost a customer for future new sales but also the servicing side from me as well, plus after telling friends and bike clubs/ forums about it, plenty of other people who used Wheels had plenty to say regarding bad customer service and ripping off customers.
They're keen to sell you a product but after that you're just a cash cow.
Avoid Wheels Motorcycles and use a proper dealership elsewhere.

After passing my full test, I went to have a look at Wheels for my first bike. Once I arrived I had a little look round, not long after Joe from sales approached me. I told him what I was looking for and he kindly showed me round a few of the bikes, there was no pressure he didn’t try and up sale me, he just showed me the bikes in price range. I found one what I really liked, he brought it outside for me to have a better look, he also got me a brew. I decided to buy the bike and within 3 days I had my first bike! This was such an easy buying experience and will definitely be buying my second bike from Wheels.

Brilliant service so far and to be honest it’s nice to actually talk to people who obviously care about the industry they work in, that said am awaiting to exchange my current bike on Friday for another bike of equivalent value. Have to say they have been friendly and professional throughout the whole journey so far. And am

I chose a zzr1400 to buy the bike was delivered nearly 2 weeks later and what a beautiful bike it is , the transaction was seamless and I got a great price for my Ducati all thanks to wheels motorcycles in Peterborough also a great thanks to Joe Scott will absolutely 💯 use this company again
