Thorough communication from start to finish, asked a series of questions about my car, then produced an estimate on what they offered to buy it for, very fair price compared to what other companies offered. I did not have the title in hand which was worrying me, but they made the process completely seamless, filled out a couple forms & it was done! The customer service agents kept in touch through text during the whole process. On the day of pick up the tow driver called on his way as I was told they would do, he was very nice, very professional & the pick up process was just as easy. I am very satisfied with the entire process & will absolutely refer to anyone looking to sell a car!

Quick, easy, and accommodating
Had to get rid of my car within a very specific time frame due to a move, and they were very helpful and willing to accommodate my schedule. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote, and the pickup was super easy and quick. Only few downsides were that I prefer texts and emails to phone calls and I had hoped to get a little more money for the car, but that’s really on me for waiting until the last minute to figure something out. I would definitely recommend if you’re in a pinch.

Everything went very smooth and quick. Only issue was some confusion over getting the check from the tow truck driver or the salvage yard. Wheelzy needs to make sure they understand the whole situation. But, I would definitely use again. Very happy with everything.

Way to many calls durring the day when people are working and if I declined the call they call back immediately and there is no need to call one person 6times in the day. Then when the tow driver got to the house tried to offer me less than the quote ... very unprofessional and im pretty dissapointed.
