Booked a 5 bed ‘apartment’ for my young daughters and elderly mother. Absolutely disgusting. Upon arriving the smell of the property was disgusting and all windows were open inside the property. We found pubic hair in the beds and long black hairs. There was a blood stain on the duvet itself. The amount of dust and substance of the floor was thick and visible.

It was not worth the money my mother paid for. There was black mould on the windows and in the bathroom. No curtains in any of the rooms. The bedsheets smelled slept in and not clean at all.

We were all disgusted and decided to leave due to the health risks posed to my mother and my two small children, aged 3 and 1.

Contacted where to stay by email. They did not help at all and said sometimes guests don’t like where they stay! Not acceptable.

Do not stay at the hilltop apartment Edinburgh.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Where to Stay for my Serviced Accommodation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. When I started with Service accommodation, I invested in a deal with a different company and month over month, I was losing money and getting no bookings. After losing £15k, I decided enough was enough, and I pulled the deal. After speaking to Vincent about where to stay, he immediately knew why it wasn't making money. He took over the deal, fixed what was wrong, and now it is consistently making a profit through bookings; I wouldn't use anyone else to manage service accommodation properties

Vincent and Ondrej rent multiple flats from me since 2022. I would highly recommend them to any other landlord. All rents paid on time and my properties are maintained to the highest level.

Vincent and Ondrej rent three of my properties and I find them professional, polite and easy to deal with. They are also quick to deal with any issues at the properties and keep me informed of any changes they wish to make.
