Bad Customer service/No Updates
I got NO UPDATES/CORRESPONDENCE telling me I would NOT RECEIVE my main/favorite part of this order - for a week! I could have ordered it from Tanners in Alaska and got it in 3 days - yes 3 days from Alaska, instead of a week from 1 hour away -
