Advertising campaign sucks you in thinking that their product is worth the money.
It is NOT. Better quality from TEMU.
What we received was nothing like the advertising.
So disappointed.
Please don't waste your money with this company

Company seems to been struck off as of companies house recommendation website now down and can’t email or track order

Absolutely amazing service, really understood my concerns and dealt with it promptly. Hight recommend for the product and services.
It’s advisable to get double layer matts instead of single as it’s more durable.

These mats are shocking absolutely nothing like the video I would avoid at all cost. They also refuse to do returns.

Total waste of money
Mats dont fit my XF Jaguar.
Full of BS, and offered to refund, of 40%, which is unaceptable, now emails are bouncing back, this guy is a chancer, and a total Crook, mats are rubbish, dont get caught out here.

Bought two sets of mats for our Audi and Jaguar. Although quality of materials doesn't appear to be the best [backing I'm sure will erode over a short period of time] and fitting method could be a lot better; in the Audi they look good.
However, for the Jaguar they were 100% incorrect size.
Contacted Whipmats; pleased to hear they would replace immediately. The new mats arrived and yet again they were nowhere near the pattern required, plus the heel mat was very poorly made and of a lesser quality material. Contacted Whipmats - they told me the mats were produced by CNC and therefore were correct. If I wasn't happy they would provide me a 30% refund and i could keep the mats. In short therefore they felt it was correct to refund 30% cost and leave me with two incorrect size sets of mats. Communication now has ceased - no responses !

Finally bit the bullet and bought these car mats and I have not been disappointed. I personally think they are stunning.
Only thing stopping me giving five stars was no instructions how to fit properly and when I scanned that thing nothing happened.

Fake marketing and poor fitting, attachments not compatible with my car X5.

This company has a Companies House active proposal to strike off, which in effect means it cannot continue to trade and has probably already ceased doing so. Publication date in the Gazette: 17/03/2026

It doesn’t fit bubbling they supply stickers with double sided tape it doesn’t stick at all absolutely rubbish

Got all ‘whipped’ up with the advertising and bought the set for the front. I Waited a couple of months for them to arrive and when they did I was shocked at such tight packaging.
Left them to decrease but they just stayed the same so I decided to try and fit them. No go! Don’t fit! In fact so many bits sticking out I wasn’t sure what to do with them! Looked like they should have been put in a left hand drive for a C4 not a C3. Tried contacting them to no avail. Lost money. Please don’t buy.

Thankfully I paid on credit card and awaiting a full refund. The mats simply do not fit. They are obviously built to the nearest fit but are still not as advertised. Im quite annoyed as they would look very good in the car and save cleaning regularly. I was drawn in by the made in Italy, obviously further reviews of the .co.uk website which I am blocked on somehow? They are infact a front for Chinese rubbish

Paid £54 for Land Rover front mats don't fit can not use the accelerator pedal as mat stops it going down to far,Not sure if I am fitting them right but certainly not fit for purpose in my Land Rover
May try in Elgrand instead

Absolute scam in my opinion, ordered mats and never arrived, tried emailing to find out what's happening with the order and site cannot be reached chargeback instigated

Cheap Chinese tat. Delivered this week and went to fit today. Has blocked my ability to use accelerator pedal when in use therefore no longer in the car. Upon emailing said company , the email has bounced back and website no longer available. Avoid at all costs, will be seeking legal advice as unable to discuss issues with said business.

Ordering was easy matt came quite quickly good quality

Already been given the default correspondence address by companies house!
Ask for the address of the Italian warehouse - there isn’t one!
Look at their returns policy! Nigh on impossible!
As for a refund - no chance

Come wrapped in a ball just like any normal so called “bespoke” item would
They tell you to leave for a week so the “creases” fall out
Look nothing like the adverts
Are definitely not real genuine leather
And when you go a chargeback with the bank (which is never contested) they then “employ” German debt collectors- Debtist- to email and call you!
When you ignore that rubbish you’ll receive a letter from another German law firm - Graf & Centorbi - threatening court action etc -

Still waiting with all the evidence to debunk their claims

Paid but not received them, there website has been down for several days also on companies house looks like they are being struck off, thought with being uk company better buy safe but not the case will claim back via credit card luckily charged to

I bought some so called luxury mats but wot arrived were far from luxury to cut a long story short the so called owner tried to fob me of with a degrading offer of 10 per y I refused he has after another offer to stop and my emails the tow rag do not never buy from this supposed UK company as ther only reg here for tax fiddling purposes I'll say again do not buy save ya money and the hassle
