I ordered a silver tipped badger brush about a year ago in a dark wood handle because I dont like plastic. It was under 60 dollars total which is amazing for a silver tipped brush. The brush arrived and during the cleaning of the hair I noticed a small crack in the top of the handle(very easily over looked if I wasnt so OCD I would have never noticed.) I was worried that this would compromise the durability and longevity of the brush. So I messaged Larry at Whipped Dog and within a day he responded asking for a picture, which I provided. Then, he sent me a brand new brush free of charge with free shipping. Amazing customer service in my opinion and I couldnt figure out I way to leave a review on his site so I figured this would be a good place. I would highly reccomend these brushes, much better value money wise and sentimentally than a $100+ machine made brush..

I ordered 3 straight razors from Larry. He really went above and beyond in explaining how to hone and use them and even sent documents to guide me further.
