We were sent the wrong product and my emails have gone unanswered. It’s been nearly 6 weeks since the delivery and our initial request for help but no answer. Have called but no one picking up. Will have to approach credit card for money back

Do not use this company ...Brought a saniflo type unit from these people , it was faulty , was told they would replace it , they never call back or reply . Have to go to credit card company for refund

Pleasant customer service, polite & helpful, Whirlflow supplied me with a Macerator that was fitted by my local plumber, I'm amazed how silent the pump actually is & the price was great.

Over the moon with the Macerator pump ordered it’s absolutely brilliant, I placed my order on the 6th of January and fitting the Macerator a few days later, I received a really good service over the telephone from a gentleman, I would certainly use this company again if I need a Macerator, Full stars.

Whirlflow gave me excellent advice on exactly what i needed for my new bathroom install for under the stairs , The pump then arrived after we ordered online, I am amazed at the quality and how silent the saniflo unit is, really good price to. great company

This company used to be jpumps they got so many bad reviews they decided to open a new website called whirlflow selling same products now whirlflow have once again let people down. Guess what they have changed the website address again now trading as macerator-pumps.com disgraceful.

Scam company, will take your money and fingers crossed send you the item you have paid for, but as soon as it goes faulty ( and it will) they will not answer your emails, and if you are one of the lucky ones who they answer the phone too, they will fob you off with every excuse they can think off, including the death of a family member.
Lowest of the low, do not buy, look at comments under pumps!!!! This was their previous company
