unacceptable policies (tu debes de vivir en una colonia LOL) and the staff managing their online sales via ML is unable to make a sale even if their life depended on it. they take your money and much of your time and then send you off into the woods with no defined delivery despite having been their loyal customer and having enjoyed their pretty decent products. We live in the age of BOTS and eDIOTS and SYSTEMS without human criteria. and WHIRLPOOL MX is the vanguard of this tragedy. Customer Service is BOTS and more BOTS and no solution offered but BOTS and "we value your privacy" eDIOTS, sorry, but this is a tragic circus and waste of time. HOWEVER, after several attempts to give them my hard-earned money I finally connected with Ivan Fragoso, una personal profesional y amable en el call center de Whirlpool, quien me brindó una buena atención. Durante 3 días Whirlpool me mandó un SPAM cada 2 horas sin parar, o sea, terrible sistema pero buen producto... ahora necesito vacaciones...peeew!
