Dispatching items from UK to EU is currently seeing unprecedented levels of delay due to BREXIT and COVID. These delays have been at border customs as they are backed up. We have used Royal Mail to ship your order as we have seen more success of navigating through customs than other couriers. We have had many customs rejections from couriers such as DHL, even though customs paperwork has been completed.
We dispatched your order in a timely fashion but, unfortunately, we are unable to influence the current customs issues and the delays that are a direct result of.
Ground lift function solved
I bought this unit to enable me to access a function made available on most amplifier brands currently available but mystifyingly not on the one that I currently use. I am conpletely happy in every other respect with the sonic capabilities of the unit and purchased this whirlwind unit as, at a stroke it solved my problem for me, namely providibg a ground-lift function on the amplifier's direct injection output. I am very happy to have been able to solve this simple problem.

Faulty micmute pp replaced promptly
Product came, it was faulty. I sent the product back and whirlwind sent me a brand new pedal out very quickly, very good customer service and good to deal with.

Zero communication
Over two weeks with no updates or indication of whether the item is even in stock. Order is stuck on "Awaiting Fulfillment".
Totally inappropriate for professional equipment, and the spam email to leave a review before a human being has acknowledged the order just adds insult to injury.

We have suffered from staff shortage due to Covid-19 and delayed replenishment shipments from USA due to Brexit courier delays - the item showed 5 days fulfilment on the website but this was delayed.
Shipment ok but not an invoice.

pcDI to get stereo from THR10 to mixing desk
After 15 years of using W/wind cables and being very happy with the quality. I still use the same cables!
I was looking for a stereo DI box to connect a Yamaha THR10 to the mixing desk and provide a separate output for my on stage amp/monitor.
I considered the pcDI box and after a couple of detailed technical discussions with Kelly. The order was placed! It arrived earlier than expected.
I used the pcDI box in anger yesterday and it worked perfectly!
Another excellent product thanks W/wind and thank you Kelly for your patience in understanding my expectations and recommending the correct product!
