Duncan was the epitome of…
Duncan was the epitome of professional, friendly, and above all else a really nice person, duncan made the whole process from initial contact to finally receiving our funds into our bank account e.g auction finished Sunday evenings and funds received on the Friday, Duncan went out of his way to alleviate any concerns, getting our whiskey picked up for free, getting them listed, all in all as a new customer we will 100% deal with Duncan again.
Excellent would be to easy to say, if we had more than 5 stars Duncan would get that.

Smooth service all the way through
As a first time seller I was guided through the process by an actual human being who talked me through evaluating, packing and sending my whiskey off to auction. Guide price was accurate and funds were in my account only a few days after the auction date.
