I have been contacted by Hatton Financial Services, Edward & Amury, Simon Adams Solicitors and now Whiskey Scotland with an 'e'.
Strangely they all offer 'Early Termination' and return of my Investment, subject to a 5% Fee.
Has anyone any faith in any of these Companys or should they all be reported to Action Fraud as a Scam ?

Paul Mooney and William Walsh ought to be put in jail. We’ve spoken with distillers and they don’t believe the documentation we have but all of the attempts to make this happen have failed. I recently relocated to san,Ven,Llc and they are excellent they provide prompt customer support as well as rapid withdrawals.

I'm all too aware that along with the financial loss, which is for some amounts to life changing sums, there is the deep shame and mental health impact of scams like this. Beware of someone reportedly from Harrier financial services offering you the opportunity to recover your initial investment by initially paying 20% payment thereafter recoverothe balance of your initial investment there so rubbish even a centenarian could see through then they must think we’re wired negative😂😂😂

Scam. William Walsh, assuming that is his name is a total con artist with no moral code. The more people that report their cases to Action Fraud the better. This will help with bringing them to potential justice.

I invested £22k with Whisky Scotland then a further £2500 to sell the barrel. No money was recovered and they have gone silent.
Looking at posts and speaking with my solicitor, Paul Mooney and William Walsh have scammed loads of people out of hundreds of thousands.
Has anyone managed to track these two down if so please post

Hi John its a Scam stay well clear, get in touch with Action Fraud regarding Whisky Scotland aka William Walsh

Received communication from Whisky Scotland: Paul Mooney saying that as they cannot trust London court to carry out early redemption of any investment they are doing themselves. They inserted a number to call urgently. However to redeem early there is a sizeable up front fee. This makes me suspicious. Has anyone encountered this ?

I’ve been in touch with Simon at London Court. He is dissolving the company as they can’t survive. I’m also in touch with a company that work on a no win no fee basis and are charging 15% plus vat. If anyone want more information you can contact me on andrewduncan 87 at hot mail dot com

They have refused to pay me, don't even try. I moved now to InfinityMetrix and they are very good. They offer instant withdrawals and quick customer support.

Looking at the last review. If it helps we were advised by Action Fraud to avoid further scams. They mentioned that as we have formally raised a Fraud report we may receive many calls from potential scammers saying that they can help in getting the money back. Action Fraud advised us to avoid contact with these companies.

There is now another scam coming via a whisky Scotland email - be aware (spelt whiskey) !!!

Invested my pension with whisky Scotland for 2 whisky casks , can’t find them stored anywhere my husband also invested some money too. These people need jailing, William Walsh and Paul Mooney. We have spoke to distilleries and the paperwork we have is not credible.

I invested my money into whiskey scotland. What a scam interest payments have stopped and cannot get in touch with them, don't know what to do now???

Hi I invested 10000, into this company (Whisky Scotland Limited), I haven't received any interest in the last 3 months, I have tried to contact the reception, William Walsh and David King are not answering my calls. I gathered that William Walsh has left the company. Please don't invest into this company they are a scam. If you have any ideas, on how to recover this money, please contact me.

Bought 2 casks over 3 years ago, now trying to sell however cannot sell on open market as originally advised due to lack of information WHISKY SCOTLAND do not respond, understand William Walsh has now left the company with now reliant on Paul Mooney who ignores all contact. So cannot recover any money through WHISKY SCOTLAND or sell on open market. What does one do?

Like so many others I invested in this company. I also received a monthly payment which this month didn't get after a year Frank lucas phoned me many times and also Paul Mooney. Assuring me all was well. All tel numbers nobody answers. Anybody got any advice. Thanks

having purchased 15000 into this company paid 100 pounds for the 12 months now stopped paying phone lines now dead not answering big scam what can we do now it seems all lost .
