Shipment/Packaging: My king size mattress pad was shipped without a container/box. The label was placed directly on the thin brittle plastic wrapper. Most of plastic was cracked and broken when it arrived. The cotton zipper sleeve the mattress pad was very dirty and stained from warehouse and/or shipping.

Great description of the queen-sized sheet. Beautiful color as shown and the softest feel in the fabric. This item shipped quickly and I am very pleased with it.
I had a question about the dyeing process, and the customer service responded quickly. I couldn't be more pleased from this company and will order again!

Order arrived on time. Great quality, soft, and is very comfortable. Happy to find a product that doesn't contain synthetic fill so no overheating while sleeping!

This is the second king sized non-waterproof mattress pad that we've bought from Whisper Organics, and plan to buy another for the guest room. It's high quality, super comfortable, and is noticeably cooler than anything else we've tried.

This is my first time ordering from this company. I was looking for organic bedding and Whisper fit what I was looking for perfectly. The selection was great, delivery was quick , pricing was good and quality organic certifications. Sheets and pillowcases were lovely material. I unfortunately was disappointed in the shrinkage of the them. I followed their washing/drying directions but after washing/drying the fitted sheet barely fit my bed, the top sheet was short on the width and pillowcases tight. Other brands of the same material provided their sheets/pillowcases oversized to accommodate moderate shrinkage after washing/drying so their fit was great with larger top sheet width that stayed tucked in and fitted bottom sheets that were a more generous fit. Pillowcases also a better fit.
I have mixed feelings about ordering bedding again from Whisper even though I think they have a great company.

Update 8/24/26: I’m updating my initial review to 5 stars…. Whisper customer service is amazing. They contacted me immediately regarding my issue and immediately wanted to resolve the problem. They offered a refund or send another set free of charge… my choice. I opted for another set to try because the material was so lovely.
Top notch customer service !! Hoping this replacement set works out. Thank you Whisper . I will definitely be ordering from your company again .

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELENT ! WHEN I HAD CONCERNS ADBOUT THE SIZE OF THE MATTRESS PAD I PURCHASED THEY EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY WHAT TO DO . IF I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME THEY GAVE ME THE OPTION OF SENDING ME A NEW ONE OR I COULD RETURN IT AND THEY WOULD PAY THE COST OF THE RETURN . THE SIZING OF THE PAD WORKED OUT AND I LOVE IT !!

We LOVE this mattress cover! I have been looking for years for a quality organic mattress cover that had no wool and just enough plush without being down. This has far exceeded our expectations! We’ve been sleeping on it for over a month now and it has held its shape and plush. It’s been washed and dried twice and comes out beautifully each time! We will be ordering another one for our guest room bed as soon as possible! Thank you WhisperOrganics!
