Avoid Whispering Homes at all costs.
This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had with an online store — a mix of poor quality, incompetence, contradictions, and endless delays over an entire month.
🔥 Summary: 3 deliveries, 0 functional lamp.
1️⃣ First delivery: broken and poor-quality product
base arrived broken
lampshade stained
lampshade unstable
no ON/OFF switch at all
I immediately sent full unboxing videos and photos.
2️⃣ Second delivery: they sent me… a completely different lamp, also damaged
Nothing to do with my order.
Their explanations kept changing (“courier mistake”, “human error”, etc.) — zero consistency.
3️⃣ Third delivery: only the lampshade
Despite confirming that both shade + holder were shipped, I received only the shade.
Then they claimed I “never reported any issue with the base”, although I had shared the full video from day one.
🔥 Customer service: chaotic, unprofessional, and exhausting
empty promises repeated daily (“24–48 hours”, “today for sure”, “tomorrow definitely”)
impossible to get a straight answer
no follow-up, no internal coordination
constant contradictions
absurd suggestions (“Please gently bend the broken part yourself”)
long periods of silence
no responsibility taken for their mistakes
no real solution despite weeks of back-and-forth
🔥 Final result: a month of lost time and ZERO usable product
After:
3 failed deliveries
countless messages
multiple mistakes from their side
no proper replacement
no refund,
I ended up with a stained lampshade, a broken stand, and an endless stream of excuses.

Whispering Homes is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not respect its customers.
Poor product quality, terrible logistics, and a customer service team that constantly contradicts itself.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money.
