Good App, Bad Customer Service

The app itself was really good, it offered an option for save to the cloud, which I had enabled for my translations. However only the last 10 or so transcriptions are available in the dashboard, it's been 2 weeks and customer service has said a word, only chatbot.

I was counting on those transcripts, but if i can't get them it would be at least good to know, instead of be kept waiting.
