Fraudulent company

1. Charges for concierge services but does not provide any. When you reject an appointment, they will send a helper regardless and charge you of it.
2. Misrepresentation of communications
3. Staff will harass you to renew packages but fail to follow up or answer to manager callback.
4. Does not perform duty of care to ensure that the assigned helper’s medical conditions—such as allergies—are taken into account before deployment.
5. Deletes negative reviews on instagram when their actions are called out
6. Deliberate avoidance of resolution but no qualms not refunding your money.
