They made it seem like I was wasting…
They made it seem like I was wasting their time. I purchased a $2,000 shredder. After I paid them they said because I wanted to pick up at the ups freight terminal that it was fraud. I personally do this with any freight I get. It's easier for me to pickup. I had to tell them to cancel it, I am still waiting on a refund. I wouldn't recommend. I went with who had the cheapest price, lesson learned. I am now buying the same machine from staples. Will take 2 weeks for them to get in and I'll pick it up there.

We needed a paper folder ASAP
We needed a paper folder ASAP. Our old one broke and we had a massive mailing. I called and informed your sales department of our desperation and was told I needed to order right away in order to get it in time. After two days of waiting for confirmation of it shipping out, I called in and was told it was on backorder. So we had to cancel our order and pay a lot more to have something overnighted as a bandaid.

Not to be indelicate, but it's also not our fault.
We're also sorry that we're not able to control our manufacturer's inventory, we can only sell the machines they have available. Somebody bought the last available one before your order went in, which is why it was back-ordered.

I accidentally bought the wrong item…
I accidentally bought the wrong item and they refused to return it. I did some checking and saw that mybinding.com has the same item for about half price. Don't buy from this company.
