I`ve never used such sites to sell or buy items for my Steam inventory before, but after my friend showed me white.market - I`ve never user Steam market after.

Nothing feels worse than depositing money, and being all excited to get a new knife... and then waiting and waiting for the trade offer, but you never receive any! just set a timer for like 10-15 minutes? Why lock my money up for 12 hours?? If a buyer doesnt receive an offer, why does he have to wait 12 hours before the funds are unlocked? SLOWEST AND MOST ANNOYING WEBSITE EVER

To purchase, you need to install an extension that gets access to your account at the API level, this is simply absurd. No single site, take the 10 most popular ones, some are almost 10 years old, and they still exist, are popular and do not require anything like this, you just deposit your balance and buy what you need, but here, you are asked to literally "give the password" and perform various scenarios on behalf of your account, on on remote server, which creates a VERY HIGH risk of being banned by Valve, along the chain as one of the "bots" for the trade. I do not recommend using this site while this useless and wild function exists.

They have a bug where if you list an item for too low of a price, bots will auto-purchase your item. When you decline the trade there is no option to un-list the item, and the bot will re-purchase without any chance to cancel. This will affect your seller rating. After contacting support I was told,
"Please note that after receiving a request to purchase a skin, it is not possible to cancel the transaction using the white.market platform and is not provided by the functionality".

Essentially, I received zero support and ultimately resolved my issue after about 20 failed attempts (effectively tanking my seller rating).

This site takes fairly high seller fees and has a poor ui, and customer support. They don't even have live support. Save your money and use a more trusted website like CSFloat or Gamerpay. They are cheaper and way better.

Don't even bother using this scam site. They will allow you to spend 50-100$ and then out of nowhere they will block you and freeze your funds. Take a look at this ->

Please send us the following:

1. A document confirming your ‘Source of Funds’. Acceptable documentation is at least one of the following:

- Employment (e.g. salary, wages, etc.) - copies of payrolls/payslips, bank statements* displaying the source of income, employment agreements, or personal tax summaries.
- Loan - credit/loan agreement and bank statement.
- Long-term savings - statement(s) demonstrating deposit / gifted monies, сertificate of deposit (CD) statement, investment account statement.
- Gifts - documentary evidence from the donor, gift deed, donation agreement, gift letter, along with a bank statement showing the deposit of the gift etc.
- Rental income - tenancy agreement or bank statements showing regular rent payments from the tenant.
- Self-employment - tax returns for the most recent tax year, bank statements showing a history of income and expenses.
- Sale of property - sale and/or purchase agreement.
- Sale of shares - resolution of the general meeting, share purchase agreement, contract note.
- Inheritance - a will, grant of probate, or letter from the executor/solicitor confirming inheritance.
- Income from business - copies of latest audited company accounts/financial statements, dividend confirmation/tax voucher, bank statements showing the receipt of dividends, tax summaries;
- Court awards (e.g. compensation) - court order or signed letter from a solicitor.
*Please note that if you decide to provide a bank statement as a ‘Source of Funds’ document, it must be possible to identify for what exactly you have been receiving funds, such as wages or fees for specific services. Without this information, the bank statement will not be accepted as proof of the ‘Source of Funds’.

2. Video verification of your identity at least 10 seconds long. In the video, we need to see your face, and that you:

- hold a white sheet of paper on which today’s date and the name of our platform 'white.market' are written by hand;
- hold the document, confirming your identity, confirming your identity (Passport or National ID (both sides)). The document must be clearly visible;
- tell your full name, today’s date, and that the video is for the request to unblock the funds on the 'white.market' platform;

3. Also, please provide a photo of your document in good quality and the utility bill or bank account extract in which your residential address is stated. The provided document has to be no older than 3 months.

4. Also, please provide us with proof of deposit (s)* from the sending institution or relevant documents confirming this deposit/these deposits.
*Please, pay attention to the fact that proof of deposit(s) has to contain the information regarding the transaction(s) which were occurring during the last 24 hours before the receival of this letter. This/these deposit(s) should be reflected in the aforementioned statement(s).

The website is very transparent and traders are mostly quick to respond, the fees are low and discount are easy to find.
The 2FA, KYB are also easy to verify. The user interface need a bit more polish but it's a serious trading site nonetheless

Seems very suspicious wouldn’t trust them. They want access to all kinds of other apps, they want your api code for steam (unnecessary). They contacted me to say they saw “suspicious activity” on my account and asked for the following information:

We would like to inform you that our security system has detected suspicious activity on your white.market account.

In order to review your situation, please provide the following information:

1) The video verification of good quality and at least 10 seconds long.
In the video, we need to see you: holding a piece of paper with the following handwritten information: today's date and «white.market»; showing the document you used to confirm your identity (ID card, passport or driver's license) so that all the information is legible in the video; saying your full name, today's date and that this video request is for unblocking the account on the white.market platform;

2) Provide the proof of the source of funds credited to your account balance. As «Source of Funds» can be your bank account statement, a document showing your salary, screenshots of buying/selling assets;

3) A video from a banking app showing deposits to our platform (the video needs to show the login to the app, the transaction, and details on it);

4) A photo that will show you and your card from which you made a deposit on white.market.

5) A photo of your document (if possible).

This is entirely too much to ask for a video game website selling cosmetics. I don’t even think I was asked of this when I bought my home. Their practices are intrusive and unwarranted. I would not recommend them.
