Excellent service. Great follow up post move on a minor issue, that was resolved with kindness.

The team arrived on time and with all required packaging.
It was a tricky move as separating 1 house to 2 but the team were sensitive, listened to what I had explained and double checked whenever unsure.
They worked like machines and had the move done in record time!

The removal team arrived on time and were very helpful and supportive from the start and throughout a long day for all of us. Ashley and his colleague worked tirelessly to ensure our move went smoothly and made sure everything found a place at our new home. We could not have made such a big move without the experience of White & Company and I would definitely recommend anyone moving home to give them a call.

Removals was genuinely the easiest part of my move thanks to Ricky and the crew from the Bedford depot team. Professional, good communication, and unbelievably quick packing a 4 bed house - all with nothing broken! Exceptional Service and highly recommended.

Very helpful, especially as we had very short notice of our move and managed to fit us in to complete on time. The removal guys were very efficient and professional.

We had three movers involved, Ricky, Ben and Lee. All three were first class, extremely polite and could not have been more helpful. Any concerns or questions we had were answered quickly providing sound advice and guidance. Their mannerisms and professionalism left my wife and I in no doubt the move would go smoothly and all of our items would be respected and handled safely. They were an excellent group of lads and a credit to your company.

We were relocating to France so used the company.
The 4 removal men arrived with three vans, they were very polite and considerate with our property then told me that all of the goods wood be transferred to a big lorry when they returned to the depot.
Three days later the lorry arrived at our new property, there was only two removal men this time. The younger of the two did most of the work, but it took a long time to empty the lorry.
When I opened a few of the boxes there was some breakage’s even though I had been very careful to wrap them properly.
Our 1 year old unused Outback gas barbecue has been broken on one end, it looks like it had something heavy put on it. Also we had a set of coat hooks on a very old piece of wood that we got from an antique shop that we cannot find.
In all it was a good price that we paid would have given 5 stars but for the problems I mentioned

Friendly, efficient and excellent value service from start to finish.

Not a straightforward move, as for various reasons we had to go via storage and the new property was on a narrow road, meaning smaller van needed. However everything was packed and looked after and all moved into without fuss. The team for both moves were really helpful and friendly and I can't fault them at all.

Communication was key. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and the very nice delivery guys were right on time and very pleasant.

What can I say , professional from the start, these guys did an amazing job from moving from One house to another with no issues, no broken items and most of all packed so when come to unpacking the next day we actually could find everything we required, they took away our empty boxes and asked if we needed anything moving or repositioning before they left , thanks guys first move in 30 years and they made it look easy , it was two of the hottest days this year and they worked non stop.
Communication was great we know exactly when they would be arriving both days and thankyou for making it look easy , I would not hesitate to recommend these guys especially the crew we had. A big thanks to Ashley, Aaron and Julian
