Great customer service team and the move went as seamlessly as possible. The team arrived slightly later than anticipated but when they arrived they got the job done quicky and efficiently. Happy to be settled in our new home.

A very efficient and friendly service. The guys arrived promptly. They packed the house and were thorough in ensuring all the rooms were emptied of everything. They were careful with our belongings and all was delivered safely. Very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend.

Fantastic service. The team who moved us are very professional and really took care in looking after our house and belongings. Although we packed ourselves, Whites sorted everything else out and provided peace of mind with wrapping/boxing more delicate items. Their timings for the move were spot on and allocated lots of resources to make sure the move went to plan.

Everything went well and was impressed. All that let it down was empty boxes not picked up when said first time had to phone a second time.

Great communications on the phone, talked me through the process, my furniture was going into my storage unit and I've yet to take it out but did see it packed in, driver was great getting lorry into quite a small entrance in swindon. Respectful of my belonging that I could see. 2 bed house too roughly 4 hrs to clear but I was very organised for them and they said they appreciated that. Would like to give 5 stars but will wait to get belonging out. Im sure everything will be fine. Paid a fair price for the 600 mile journey. Highly recommend White's company and would certainly use them again.

Incredibly helpful staff and did a great job with our move.

The removal/delivery team were excellent from start to finish, and kept us calm along the way.

Moved last week from North London to Scottish Highlands. Very good experience overall from quote stage to final delivery. Was good to get packing boxes delivered month before and any queries answered in person. Soon ran out of boxes but they happily delivered more. Move day went very smoothly and items arrived two days later in Scotland. Well done to Steve, Freddy, Kevin, Francis and those in Scotland who unloaded in super fast time.

Couldn't recommend Whites highly enough. Great service and nothing was a bother. Moving a lot of stuff from a second floor flat was done effortlessly. The guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

The moving gang members were friendly and helpful and the leader kept a good eye on proceedings and my requirements

Very responsive and helpful at short notice, having been let down by another company. The team allocated from Forres were excellent, courteous, efficient and handled our belongings with respect and skill.

Turned up on time. Made sure of all things to be removed and covered flooring.

An extremely bad experience moving with White & Company Forres. Lots of my furniture was damaged during the move and when I unpacked boxes I also found items wrapped using my clothes. Some of the items damaged were sentimental and cannot be replaced which caused upset. I have a visual impairment so to make things easier I expected, as requested labelled boxes to be in the correct rooms, but this was not the case. Having taken the insurance from Whites I would recommend anyone to not take this as only a small % of second hand value is paid out and the process took months. Initial communication with Whites was ok but that soon stopped. I had to contact the BAR to ensure I received a response. I have moved numerous times but this was by far my worst experience.

Great service and communication! I would definitely use again.

The company managed to honour their dates and time for both packing and delivery. There were no brakages and the staff was friendly.
But we were just surprised by an additional invoice that came after the delivery because of an agreement we had with the staff that they leave a double bed and dining table in Forres and then pass through Lybster picking up two single beds to replace items left in Forres. They later created an additional invoice for that and we find it to be very dishonest and unreasonable.

Your delivery team that delivered our household goods from Forres in Moray were courteous , efficient , helpful and polite.
As were the staff in your Forres office who facilitated our delivery within our requested dates. They have also shown compassion and sympathy when we had to cope with placing two other consignments ,other than our own personal home effects , into store after two sudden and unexpected family bereavements very close together .
Thank you again we appreciate the service we received over the years very much .

Excellent service

Communication was clear and responsive, prices competitive, accommodating of changes (within the stipulated period on the contract), efficient and on time.

Moving home is a stressful experience, but it is made less so when you have a professional Removal company to help take away a lot of the stresses and strains.
The White & Company team were just the best bunch of guys, who simply got on with the task with speed and efficiency and so pleasant with it. Our move from Inverness to Dunbar was so easy. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys, full marks from us.
