The company took the stress out of moving house with their calm manner from the outset. My removal dates altered at the last minute but the company worked with me to be flexible and provide perfect alternative dates. I utilised the full packing service and over the 4 days, five team members attended. They all introduced themselves, were cheerful and professional throughout and they worked incredibly hard. They were polite and respectful of both properties and all our possessions. Possessions were packaged extremely well and boxes clearly labelled, which simplified getting them to the correct places in the new house.
From the initial removal survey, excellent communication with office staff, to the packing and removal, the company and staff were outstanding and I had full confidence in them.

Brilliant service from first conversation to the lads leaving after the move - we have never honestly had a house move go this smoothly nor so quickly. All the team on the actual packing and then moving day were fantastic - professional, courteous, respectful of possessions and kept me laughing! Clear and concise information and communication throughout from the office side and worth every penny. Thank you so much to all of you - we will be in contact in 4 months when we move again!

Lancaster Mark ‘the giant’ foreman was totally in control: Excellent driver, arrived nice and early. Unloaded very heavy items including a piano just 3 guys on a steep slope . Stormy weather so the ramp was very wet and seemed very slippy to me . Owner -these ramps surely need rubber anti slip strips for the unloading to be safe

Careful, Efficient, friendly.

During a very stressful move Martin at the Lancaster branch was a very reassuring professional person to deal with. They were able to flex removal times and provide storage to accommodate changes made in our chain. All this just before Christmas. The removal men ( Mark, Kevin and John) were polite efficient and respectful of our property. It was great to see Mark and Kevin again to move us in a week later. Al in all a very professional company to deal with.

Jason and crew moved me out on 30 Oct. On 13 December Kev Mc, Stu N, Dave S moved me in. They are all friendly, efficient, kind and caring. The office staff are also excellent. I recommend this company for its professionalism and attention to detail.

Really friendly and helpful chaps, so thoughtful about how to get the belongings into the house without getting too wet - on what was a very rainy morning!

The company packed my belongings and kept them in storage until I was ready in my next home. The delivery was efficient. The men friendly, helpful and worked hard.

The Lancaster crew have been first rate, from the guys that moved us(Dave,Stu, Steve) then the guys who moved us back ( Jason and Kev and the really helpful chap back at the depot who we never met but kindly sorted what we needed from our storage units)

The White’s Team from Lancaster/Morecambe showed care and friendliness as I was moving on my own, it was executed like a military operation by Steve, Kev & Oscar on 22nd December; the packing was over and above and Steve’s driving was outstanding!!

Outstanding service from start to finish. In particular, Stu and Dave (from the Lancaster Branch) couldn't have been more helpful and friendly across all three days of our move. They worked tirelessly and efficiently, and they are a credit to the company.

Dave & Stu went went above and beyond throughout the whole stressful downsizing process!

What an amazing removal team!
I cannot fault them from start to finish, they arrived on time and couldn't do enough, the perfect picture packer was particularly exceptional!
Everything arrived in the same condition it left, the team were so friendly and made us feel at ease.
They prepped the house when they arrived including plastic wrapping the carpets and using padded covers for the doors.
They offer a variety of different sized boxes, some of the moving companies don't. They also didn't want the boxes returning again some of the companies who quoted us did.
The TV's etc were all placed in large padded bags to ensure they weren't damaged.
They were extremely organised, talked everything through with us and got everything done much quicker than we anticipated.
We would recommend them to everyone, they made what could of been a very stressful day so simple.

From start to finish the company have been excellent. Our removal was a relocation from Bury Lancashire to Cornwall so three days were required. Even with last minute hitches with exchange of contracts, the company still managed to accommodate the move

Great experience from day one. Even though our removal date changed a couple of times Martin managed to sort us out without any fuss. Both he and the office staff were very understanding and helpful. The day of the removal was like a tropical storm, it absolutely lashed it down, the guys Mark, Kevin and Dave P. were absolute troopers, even though they were wet through they still took great care of our belongings and were very professional throughout. Can’t rate the Lancaster branch highly enough.

The men came when they were supposed to come and nothing was too much for them. They worked their socks off and didn’t finish until later

An excellent company that is highly recommended. I couldn’t fault the service provided, and they certainly helped ease what had become a stressful move.
