Just moved house and used White & Co in Lancaster. Kev, Oscar and Ste W were brilliant. Never seen anyone work as hard as these guys. Very professional and courteous at all times and nothing too much trouble. Weren't phased by the number of garden plant pots or my stock of timber which all had to be moved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend White & Co Lancaster and would definitely use again. Martin the local branch manager was happy to provide as many boxes as we needed and explained the process clearly to put our minds at ease. First class service!

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Our furniture was packed very carefully before being put in store for nine months. Our new house completed with little warning so we had not pre booked delivery, but we rang on the day of completion and were told there were no slots in the next week, but he would see what he could do. He rang back a few hours later and told us he could deliver half the furniture the following day. The furniture arrived promptly the following day and was quickly and carefully unloaded. They had chosen the containers which contained what we needed to live comfortably in the house. A week later the remainder was delivered and treated in the same way.

it was a lovely experience with White & Company. They moved our home from Lancaster to Gloucester, and this was handled very professionally.

Had items collected and packed for an overseas move today. Kevin and Mark were very efficient and professional and got everything done quickly. All items were treated with care and packed well.

Flexible, understanding, patient and helpful during a tricky move where completion was delayed several times. Martin was very professional in sorting it all out and they did exactly what they told us they would.
The guys moving the furniture were all lovely … from moving us into storage and then out again months later. Kevin was the lead guy in the unpacking and was training Matty (very professionally which was good to see). Both were great; caring about our possessions and walls!! Arrived on time and sorted out small problems.
The cost was fair too.

To begin with I found the service exceptional but as the move progressed I felt I was an annoyance due to the fact that the property we are moving into was a small back to back cottage. Due to this moving in furniture was difficult and I.really got the impression from the younger of the removal men that it was to much of a bother to navigate the issues being thrown at him due to the layout of the property. I did mention this to the representative who gave me the quote and he assured me it would be ok.
Eventualy all furniture was put in the correct rooms, although a banister rail had to be removed which i gave my permission for.
All in all a smooth move, but negativity doesnt help in some situations

Mark and Kevin did an excellent job, we had a lot of stuff to move, most of it heavy and awkward. They arrived promptly and took care emptying our old house and delivering to our new home. Martin (who did our quote) was also very informative and understanding - we couldn't confirm the Monday moving date until the previous Thursday, he kept our slot and took away a lot of the stress in what could have been a very panicked move. We didn't bother getting any other quotes - White and Company clearly know what they are doing, and we were very happy with the price.
