Felipe and Jorge came nice and early the day before our move and were fantastic. Taking care to pack everything carefully and thinking of little touches such as keeping our phone charges out for us. The next day they came back k with Franci and Nathan and quickly finished the remaining packing and loaded everything up. They were careful with all of our belongings and nothing was broken. They waited till we had the keys and quickly unpacked and reassembled the furniture. Couldn't have asked for anymore, they were efficient, careful and kind throughout.

Operationally excellent. Crew were professional and courteous, they took care of our furniture and we were very happy with them. Administratively I would say they could have been better. Request for information wasn’t coordinated to make it easier for the mover, and the pickup date wasn’t communicate until 2 days prior (the crew said they had know for 2 weeks). Generally I would recommend.

10/10. Great service, hard working, conscientious team. Did a great job packing and moving all items without an issue. Would recommend.

Henry Cerrato and Harry White were excellent Punctual, friendly, very efficient , started and finished at times estimated and did brilliant packing and removal job for me. I am 86 and they were considerate and helpful at all times over 2 days.

White & Co are very easy to do business with, very understanding & patient when waiting for a completion date on a house purchase. Their team are excellent, and the removal men were great - thoughtful and helpful. Thoroughly recommend

Prompt arrival and friendly team (Callum Barton and Ben Meech).
The team were polite, took me through the forms and didn't cause any damage. I didn't need my boxes unpacked but the team were helpful in distributing the boxes into the relevant rooms.

My removal date wasn't definite until a short time before the move but White & Company were very accommodating throughout a protracted period of uncertainty. The move itself ran smoothly and the personnel were friendly experienced and very good at their job. I moved from Essex to Edinburgh so it was not straightforward but White & Company made it completely stress free. I had a number of valuable specialist items and every one was delivered in perfect condition.

Excellent service. Brad & Callum were friendly & courteous. We appreciated them carrying some very heavy boxes upstairs for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to use White & Company again.

We had a first appointment with Simon Huntley who came to view our place and was able to give us a good idea of the price. He was really helpful and answered all our questions. The contract followed shortly after and the payment method was straight forward. On the day of the move we had Bradley and Callum who arrived really early and were very professional. They moved our boxes and furniture with no incident. Everything went very smooth. A few colleagues gave a hand in our new place (Ramon, George and another gentleman). We moved from UK to Bahrain in October. Prior to that I had a terrible experience with another company (Legend Removals) and so did a lot of research before chosing White & Company. I am SO glad I did, they were brilliant and everything went very smoothly. They quoted me a fair price, they were not the cheapest quote because they were HONEST about their price.

I chose White & Co. due to their efficiency in communication, reviews and their assurances. Finally they warned me other companies do not give an all inclusive offer and theirs would be NO EXTRA charges incurred in Bahrain. Seems they were right I am very grateful to Craig Samuels for his knowledge.

(Other companies only admitted their quote was not inclusive when I pushed them).

The packing team came on time, first day 3 men, packed efficiently and quickly. They were extremely helpful! Henry, Harry and brilliant Brad!

The next day they sent a 5 man team and completed the job in good time.

They were also knowledgeable in the size of a container and told us certain items would not fit our container so that was easier to leave out certain bulky (and unnecessary) items. VERY helpful.

The container arrived on time in Bahrain and the Bahrain company then delivered & unpacked our items. The delivery men in Bahrain were GREAT and also very helpful. They assembled 3 beds without a problem, one was particularly complicated. My only comment would be the company could have communicated better with me in Bahrain. But other than that, were good when it came to delivery, and helpful in resolving an issue.

We had Harry and Nathan for an export move. Very professional and took great care with our things. We mostly engaged with Harry who was packing inside the property and he was polite and friendly and provided great advice on anything we were unsure about, clearly taking a professional approach to everything. We moved 100 miles north and the guys who moved us, Jorge, Harry and the crew were nothing short of excellent.
Worked hard, were diligent and careful and we're always polite with cheery banter and a smile.
