Straight from the beginning with the competitive quotation from Andy (Britannia what a rip off), the impeccable service from Sarah and her colleague's arranging and then changing dates, through to the team coming to effortlessly pack our things and carefully store them. White & Company have made everything effortless.

Kyle, Tyler, Dan, Rich, Nick, Ben, Barry and Brian were awesome, nothing was too much trouble and they had us all professionally and quickly packed away in no time at all. I'm not being paid to say this but I would honestly recommend them in a heart beat.

From start to finish the removal men made everything so much easier on what could have been a stressful day.
They worked their socks off, we’re happy to chat and answer any questions that I might have.
The unloading took place on completion and the morning after and even tho the move was an out of county move which meant they would have a stop over they continued with the same helpfulness as when I first met them.
Well done White and Company for making this a positive experience from start to finish!

The removal men were courteous and extremely careful with our daughters belongings delivering to a second floor flat. Also the admin team in Plymouth have been very helpful whilst her belongings were in storage for 6 months. Couldn’t fault a thing and would thoroughly recommend Whites as a removal and storage company.

Brilliant team effort from Al, Nick, Dave and Dan, great customer service. Dealt with the large and problematic furniture first, by sheer determination and not giving up able to get large pieces out. Took great care in all that they carried out, with respect for all properties concerned, multi drop applied. The two men were so curtious and accommodating towards my elderly mother, I was very impressed. At every step they were helpful, worked incredibly hard for their wage and would no doubt recommend them to anyone wanting to use this company

We have had poor service from day 1 . The manager came and gave us a quote but didn’t convey proper details to removers who when they arrived would not bring the lorry down our street- so had to ferry our stuff up in a smaller van which added hours to the day meaning our buyer couldn’t get into the house on time . Her removal company kindly helped Whites to clear the house . We had to leave before our things were properly loaded as had to pick up keys in Wimborne . The next day was better although took longer than they said . As for picking up boxes and cardboard (which they said was included in the hefty price we paid !) they have yet to do this - 3 weeks after moving in . We are now having to take them to the tip! I would not recommend this company - they promise such good things and don’t deliver . The one positive was nothing was broken but that was down to the packers not the manager or the men who turned up on the Thursday to load the van .
