The whole experience of moving was made so much easier by having the guys from White and Company as my removal firm

Emma at Portsmouth was very helpful and managed to book my move even after the dates changed a couple of times. The guys that moved me arrived on time and pack all of my house efficiently and with great care. The lorry arrived at my new address at the time stated and were quick friendly and efficient. My daughter in law Sarah and 5+ year old granddaughter Lola had the pleasure of being moved by Darren & Reece who were on time, brilliant, very professional, made the whole thing super easy and lovely to Lola with nothing too much trouble. They were very well priced compared to the competition and the team was courteous, efficient, careful and worked incredibly hard. Darren and Terry were amazing, firendly and very professional, explaining everything at each step, and patiently following all the instructions about where everything needed to go

II would give five stars, but we paid extra for a second van that wasn't really needed. They were still the cheapest quote we had though.

Whites Removals have a really great team who work carefully and well. Packing up and moving home is a most stressful activity …but the team from Whites were the best . They worked quietly and quickly , were kind and considerate in every way …and I do not hesitate to recommend Whites Removals Company to anyone moving home …and I am 88 years of age .

Great service from White & Co from start to finish. Our move was difficult as the dates kept on changing and we got to point when we had to put our belongings into store before we could move into our new house.
Emma Harper was very helpful and able to get us accommodated with organising the storage etc.
The packing was done very well led by Phil and Darren who were also involved in bringing our belongings out of store to our new house.

The two men who moved us worked their socks off. They were pleasant and very helpful and nothing was too difficult for them.
Sadly, en route, a tall Italian lamp ended up in 2 pieces. It obviously either fell over or was crushed by other things.
I've managed to find a similar lamp and am waiting for an insurance payout.

White's were excellent in every respect and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Moving house can be very stressful, but the care and attention everyone from White's showed was absolutely amazing. Special thanks must go to Dave and Terry, and to Paul A and Paul B. You won't find a better removal firm anywhere, and the costs involved were very competitive. Highly recommended!

Marcia in the office was incredibly friendly and efficient, highly organized and very patient with all my idiot questions.
The team on the day were Martin and Jack from the Telford branch. They were friendly and handled all our move with great care.

We were very happy with our move from France to the UK and can highly recommend the company.

Unfortunately, the amount to be moved was underestimated meaning we will have to return to old neighbours to collect items left behind, which is now over 200 miles away!
But overall, we would recommend

Firstly I would like to thank company and especially the four staff, both in Portsmouth and Knaresborough, for providing such an efficient friendly and outstanding service.
The packing team in Portsmouth did an excellent job, with much care and respect for both property and belongings.
And the same with the Lancashire team who were also very efficient and respectful. Nothing seemed to be too much for both teams!
I have recommended White & Company to all my friends.

Superb service. Excellent office support from Emma, with commensurately high standards from our removals team of Darren and Russell. Nothing was too much trouble, and their cheerful, unswervingly positive attitude contributed to creating as low stress an occasion as any house move can be. Many thanks to all concerned!

Excellent care taken for a 250 year old ancestral table brought over from Chester to Guernsey. Solid crate used for 2 separate bits - marble top and wooden base.

Expertly and swiftly taken out of crate, assembled and put in the living room. NO damage at all.

Didn't catch the names of 2 staff - but did thank them profusely for bringing this table - lots of sentimental value.

Job very well done. I used White & Co again because of my trust in them - they did my house removal when I moved to Guernsey 10 years ago!

We paid for a full removal and packing service as well as an additional cost to dismantle some furniture and reassemble in our new property, it was completely seamless from start to finish and took every bit of stress out of the move especially with a 1 year old in tow too, would definitely use white and co and again but in the nicest possible way I hope we don’t need to as I’d rather not move house again!!

Lucy, Chris and Craig made our move run as smooth as possible, Turning a very stress inducing day into a breeze, Lucy came and took all the information to give us an accurate quote, she was punctual turning up exactly when she had stated. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed, and promptly sent the quote through the same afternoon, which was very reasonable compared to other removals in the area. On the day Chris and Craig were nothing short of brilliant, they were friendly, professional, polite and hard working and went above and beyond to help us. despite having vehicle issues that morning and having to use a slightly smaller vehicle they still managed to expertly fit everything onboard with no gap left unfilled. Extreme care was taken to move all of our possessions into our new house and placed into the correct room and left us very little to actually do on the day. Thank you guys for all your hard work, we will be sure to recommend.

The men were lovely. Quick efficient. They came in the day before and packed most things then returned to pack the overnight essentials. It all went smoothly. There was a long wait until we got the keys but the men were great and got everything put in place extremely quickly.
