This is the second time I have used White & Co for removals and I was very pleased I did. Their staff were polite and cheerful, careful with our belongings and thoroughly professional. As it was a long distance move they were with us for 4 days and at no time did they complain or be anything else other than helpful. Even on the travel day, they managed to deliver some essentials to the house, and didn't leave for their secure depot until 21:45 and were still back the next morning at 08:15, an excellent service. The 3 guys, Sean, Kirt and Darren worked so hard, particularly on the unload day. I would highly recommend White & Co for removals.

Having had to return, for personal reasons, back to the UK, I once again trusted and used White & Co. who had moved me out to SW France.
James and his team are exceptionally supportive and keep you informed every step of the way.
This included being reassured, following the truck coming to me being involved in an accident, that they would still be there on the planned day, by providing another truck already in Barcelona up to me.
I also had to bring my car back, which ended up being problematic, (nothing to do with the removal, it was the car itself); James along with the team on site, held my hand, calmed me down and were just so supportive during an exceptionally stressful time, they went above and beyond.
Huge thanks to all of them, I was fortunate that Woody and Martin, part of the French move out team, also delivered to my new home in the UK, again the service was impeccable.
The standard of service throughout is exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending White & Co for any removal requirements regardless of where you are going or indeed coming back from.
On a personal level I do want to thank James, Woody, Martin, James and Gary for all their help and support, it meant so much.

The service was excellent and the extra packing service should be recommended for customers who desire really safe moving and storage….as it was excellent with White & Co. At very short notice they made a very successful move to store faultless. We have used the company before some 16 yrs ago and we will hopefully use them again in the future, as planned.

In all my military moves i have never met such helpful and considerate movers. They were empathetic, careful and easy to get on with. Really brilliant and easy move.

We recently moved abroad and would not hesitate to recommend White & Co to carry out removals anywhere, they kept us informed all the way & the delivery drivers were polite & very helpful.

White & Co moved us from Hampshire to Somerset. Not a single thing was broken in the move, despite the vast amount of "stuff" we had. White and Co were excellent, and the team (two guys) were careful and very friendly. A small piece of advice from me - thin out your stuff before you move, it saves transporting stuff you no longer want halfway across the country (advice I wish I had followed myself)..

Very smooth and organised service.
Moved from south coast to Cumbria. Team were very efficient and friendly while loading up. Dave travelled up with our things and delivered all our belongings safely. The team helped to ensure larger items of furniture were able to be placed in our new house.

Arrived promptly, covered up the flooring and stairs and spent a good 4 hours packing up. Lovely group of removal men who were polite, advised on some last min packing as well.

We chose Whites because of their reputation, and the fact that they didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked them to take our belongings from the Isle of Wight to Spain, via 7 months in storage. Packing was done with care and we had no breakages! The guys delivering the items arrived on the hottest day of the year, but were amazing. My only criticism was that I wished they had provided an idiot’s guide to the importation paperwork prior to leaving the UK as it was difficult to complete insurance forms as I couldn’t remember what I had packed, or get council certificates and then get it all translated into Spanish. Emma in the office was patient despite my exasperated emails.

I am very happy with the move/experience and will definitely be using White & Co in the future. A special thanks to Emma H in the office for all her kind help and patience with me getting everything successfully sorted for my move.

The operatives were so professional in conducting their duty.

The whole process from start to finish was simple and straightforward. All staff were friendly, efficient and supportive. Kurtis and Darren M who delivered the container were, quick and efficient. They couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of my situation.

As normal the service was top draw..the guys were friendly professional and quick..it was again a horrible day the heavens just opened but Ade and friend just got on with it.
Excellent all around…I cannot find fault at all.
Plus of course the girls at the end of the telephone did a great job again keeping up informed all the way

Professional and friendly staff, the move went smoothly with no problems, would definitely use Whites Removals again.

We chose Whites removals due to their professional approach from the very start of the process when Gary came round to our house in Fareham for a removal quote to the North East of Scotland.
Nothing was too much trouble, the quote was by far the most competitive, with the most comprehensive insurance cover in transit. Emma in the office was reassuring, helpful and friendly with a fantastic attitude again nothing was too much trouble. We sent several questions by email, all answered within a super reasonable time.
The days (2) of our removal was an easy experience purely down to the team of 6 guys that made up the team of guys. All a credit to Whites. Arrived promptly on time both days with a fabulous work ethic! Yet again nothing was too much trouble. Jimmy, Dad, Mat, Chris, Aden and Ash on day two 2 others joined Jimmy and Dad to finish off. Yet again the professional of these guys was excellent. They always asked what we wanted. Absolutely everything was wrapped with care. They put carpet protection down throughout the whole house. An absolutely amazing service even down to small details like after they left Emma gave us a courtesy call to see that we were happy with our removal.

A huge thank you to the Whites team you made a potentially fraught situation an absolutely amazing experience! We would give 10 stars if we could. We would highly recommend anyone considering using a removal company to use Whites, they we great!!!!! 😊
