Ollie, Josh and Dave were moving my mum they were so kind and patient. They helped with every aspect of her move. They were also lovely and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for 3 nicer men to help us. It was also done properly but pretty quickly, which was great. Thank you

Everyone we dealt with at White & Company seemed extremely competent and professional, and we felt confident that our move would be in safe hands at every stage. Given how hot it was on the day the van was being loaded, Russell and Andy need a special mention for remaining friendly and pleasant at all times, as did the guys at the Forres branch who did the unloading.

I HAVE MISSING SOME ITEMS AND DID NOT DELIVERED.
I SPOKE WITH THE DELIVERY TEAM ON THE DELIVERY DAY ABOUT THE ITEMS PRIOR TO UNLOADING THE BOXES FROM THE FLEET, BUT WAS STATED "PACKED BY OTHER PERSON AND NOT SURE ABOUT THE ITEMS".
THE PERSON WHO PACKED DID NOT TURN UP FOR UNLOAD AND I COULDNT MANAGE TO FIND WHO PACKED THE ITEM AND WHERE ARE GOWN WITHIN ONE NIGHT?
I ASKED THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE PERSON WHO PACKED BUT BOTH THE DIRVER AND CO DRIVERS STATED THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION OF THE PERSON WHO HELPED THEM TO PACKED THE ITEMS.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE BETTER PLAN FOR FUTURE AND THOSE WHO TURN UP TO PACK, THEY SHOULD HAVE CAMARA SYSTEM BOTH THE BODY CAMARA AND IN THE FLEET WHERE THEY STORE STUFF WITH THE DATA PROTECTION PLAN AND THIS WOULD GIVE COMPANY TO RECTIFY PROBLEMS BY REVIEWING THE FOOTAGE.

Josh and Will were prompt in arrival, polite and helpful. They took time to look around and talk to us. They worked hard and were professional throughout. They took care to explain and ask questions of our preferences as the event moved along. They offered to reposition things if not quite right. They did all this before and after a 1100km relocation across Europe. They were friendly and personable but also very competent.

Despite the stresses and strains of moving, the staff in the office were unfailingly helpful.
Fantastic team for both parts of our move from Surrey to Scotland, always cheerful and efficient!

My experience of White and Company was very positive and every0ne that I dealt with was extremely helpful both before and during the removal process - the last time time I moved was 60 years ago so I have no comparisons to make, but I had the packing done and the young men Tom and Bobby were kind courteous and extremely helpful thank you to all members of staff.

Everyone from White and Co. made our move as painless as possible. Great care was taken with our items as far as we could see. We were always in control of how the move was dealt with from day one. What could have been a very stressful time was made less so from a very professional removal company. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks.

This is the 8th or 9th move done with Whites now. The professionalism has not dropped throughout. Solid workers, polite, friendly and worked hard. I was amazed how quickly they packed the house. Everything arrived un-damaged and in good order. I would not hesitate to use again and would find it hard to reach out to anyone else but Whites.

A great service. The team were professional, courteous, prompt and industrious. This was our 18th move in 27 years; this was by far the least painful and best executed of all of them. My thanks to Tom, Will and Jack who were exceptional.

Your cheerful, helpful, and efficient team moved us from the chaos of my mother’s house with good humoured banter and great strength ( and lots of tea, chocolate biscuits and Red Bull!)! Nothing was too much trouble it seemed, and they packed everything beautifully. My husband met them at the other end of their journey the next day, and was equally impressed by them. Our recent house move was made stress free thanks to the careful, professional, hard working, problem-solving, good humoured and utterly unstoppable approach of Charles C and Taylor P. No request we made was too much. Nothing was damaged. Their patience and sense of humour carried us through the move. Thank you both and thank you White & Company for yet another reliable move.

They were very quick at packing and loading up the house, however failed on the unpacking service and left without completing the job. As I go through unpacking the boxes myself which they left even though I had paid for the unpacking service every box I am opening I am finding broken items, dead plants which should have been taken separately. I’m overwhelmingly disgusted with service they have provided.

Our experience of White & Company Winchester was excellent from start to finish. From the initial visit to provide us with a quote, right up to the truck leaving our new property. Everything was clearly explained and any questions we had were answered quickly. On the removal days, Tom, Will, Brian and Ben were great. They were punctual, very polite and extremely efficient. Their communication was excellent. They made what is a very stressful day much easier.
