They were ok
They were ok however they did a lot of damage to the door frame removing the fridge/freezer and also scratched the walls of the new house by the front door even though they put a covering on the front door

The team worked really hard over two days to get our personal effects loaded onto the truck. It was a huge undertaking and the weather was unhelpfully hot. The team, led by Dan S were polite and friendly throughout and nothing was too much effort, including a very heavy piano which proved to be a bit of a puzzle at first but they found a way. They were careful with all of our things. Overall an excellent effort.

Three good guys worked very hard to get everything out in time. Very grateful to Alan who packed the storage very effectively.
Only negative was booking team were very optimistic about the amount of time needed to pack and unload a three bed house equivalent, so felt a bit pressured.

Great experience, excellent service. Simon and Dylan turned up and did an awesome job packing up our entire house. They were friendly and professional and totally flexible and understanding in dealing with our needs.
