Shopping for bed linen can be a nightmare! What should you look for? What is thread count? Does fancy packaging actually translate to quality? Sari is an Interior Designer who was frustrated by this customer experience and by the poor quality of so many brands (think of sheets pilling after a couple of washes, not fitting properly, being incredibly difficult to iron, and so on). So she set out to create the best bedding in the world. Together with her daughters (us), she spent a year researching the industry, coming up with the best designs and finding the right partners. We work directly with our organic cotton farmers and our Fairtrade factory in India. We combine our classic designs with the finest handpicked cotton and master craftmanship to create quality bedding that is made to last. Irish customer service not good product superb
I was sent emails from white green in Ireland obviously no fault of mine I tried to order was told not allowed ! They were pretty abrupt not what I’ve experienced before with white green customers in Ireland get a lot better prices - the product of course is superb which is why I’ve purchased over 7 or 8 times at lease

Sheets much too big
I really wouldn’t have complained but the response I got back and this email prompt to leave a review.
I will start by saying the bedding is beautiful and soft definitely worth investing in.
But the sheets do come up big, I emailed to ask if they were a king instead of a double as the size was huge in comparison and I was asked to measure my mattress which I gave the measurements which is a standard uk size, they responded with saying it wasn’t a standard size and was too small so I responded with the facts and screenshot the size of my mattress and uk standard size which then they responded with its the depth of my mattress then when I have a deluxe memory foam mattress which is thick.
And was advised to tuck it under.
Not really a response from a premium brand who I was blown away from their ethos. Really disappointed in their customer service.
